Don’t use the taxis at Acapulco airport! I asked the Taxi Dispatcher at Acapulco airport for a taxi to my hote. After he gave me the slip and I made the payment, I asked him to arrange a taxi from the Hotel to the Cruzero de Terminal the next day. Mistake #1 He told me 200 pesos and I made the payment. Later Juana told him that I wanted to go to the Cruzero. Then he told me it would cost 490 pesos. I told him that I’d find another way. I asked him for the cancellation receipt. He told me that after two days, the funds would come back to me, and that I could call. I explained that I would not be able to call. I asked him for a receipt again. Mistake #2 He gave me a receipt which stated OPER. That receipt was useless. There was NOTHING on the receipt that said CREDIT. I told him that the receipt did not indicate that it was a CREDIT. I asked for a receipt that said CREDIT. GUILLERMO Mistake #3 He fumbled around, and then gave me another receipt. This receipt did not say CREDIT. He wrote “CXL” on the receipt. I told him that I needed a receipt which had the PRINTED word CREDIT on the receipt. Then after my 3 requests for a real receipt, and after giving me two useless receipts, he gave me a receipt which stated TOTALIZATION CREDITO. I asked the Dispatcher for the email address of the Manager. He scribbled it and half the words were illegible. I asked him to write it again. Then he wrote the email address clearly. After I requested the second receipt, a taxi driver chimed in with “THAT’S HOW WE DO IT!” If the Taxi Dispatcher cannot only perform the simple task of giving a credit receipt ONLY after 3 requests, something is wrong! If the Taxi Dispatcher cannot write an email address unless he is told to write it clearly, something is wrong! --The Dispatcher converted the word CRUZERO into AIRPORT! --I had to ask for the receipt 3 times! --The Taxi Dispatcher gave me two useless receipts! --The Dispatcher refused to apologize for his 3 mistakes --If it wasn’t for Juana, I would have paid 200 pesos, arrived at the Airport, only to discover that the Dispatcher converted CRUZERO into AIRPORT, and then we needed to go the Cruzero. Then I would have had to pay to get from the AIRPORT to the CRUZERO. --The passenger receipt does not state the origin and destination of the trip. That’s a perfect recipe to have multiple misunderstandings! Stay away from the Taxi Dispatcher at Acapulco Airport!

Had the best experience ever, we did the ATVS tour that included releasing turtles and a crocodile tour as well. Amazing service, are there for anything, as well helped my friend and I find the best beach for jet skis and took us to La Quebrada for the clavadistas. would definitely book with them again and they are 24/7 service, I couldn’t thank Carlos enough for a insightful guide and tour of Acapulco giving us his honest reviews of places, restaurants and recommendations!

Carlos and his team are awesome! We had a very large group and unpredictable schedule. Carlos was very easy to work with, punctual and understanding! He communicated every detail and made very good suggestions! We could not have had such a great experience navigating Acapulco without him! Highly recommend and will use him again in the future!

Carlos was literally an all in one tour guide and really shows a deep cultural connection when he takes you around the city. We had a family of 10 who traveled with us and from the beginning Carlos treated us with respect and care! He displayed top notch service and was very prompt to all our events. Our family flew in from Phx Az for a family wedding in Acapulco for 5 days and we were quite far from the venue. Carlos made us feel safe and secure. I would recommend him for an airport transport and travel guide. He clearly spoke english and knew where all the great spots to eat at! We are going to miss him!

We are in Acapulco for a wedding and This service was by far the most smooth and enjoyable experience. Our airbnb was a bit out of the way and He knew the ins and outs of how to get from the airport to our destination.
