Our tour was canceled. We we not notified beforehand and waited at the meeting spot until another tour company told us ours was canceled. Given our time in the city we were not able to reschedule. Very disappointed with the lack of communication.
The Duomo is a must-see when in Rome! Stunning architecture! Our guide was very knowledgeable about the history of the Duomo.

You get to the front of the line right from the start, tickets checked and audio system handed out. Guide is there on time and talks until doors open at 10:15am. The guide was knowledgeable and spoke very clearly. A great experience.

Julia was very knowledgeable and personable. She prepared us for the Duomo during the short wait. She explained what life was like in 13th century Florence. She explained the importance of the Baptistry to the cathedral.

Unfortunately I do not remember my guide name, but she was very knowledgeable and passionate about history. She was also kind enough to suggest places to visit.

Skip the line isn’t skip the line. Waited in line for almost an hour might as well have saved my money and did general entrance into the church. Baptistery and museum tickets were not provided until I asked the tour guide and she called back to your office to get them. Not very well organized. Guide was informative that is my only positive.
Dear Customer, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us! We sincerely apologize for the long wait and the ticket handling issues during your tour. We always aim to provide a smooth skip-the-line service and will take your comments seriously to improve our organization. We’re pleased the guide was informative and appreciate your honest feedback. Best regards, My Tour In Italy.
The description is misleading in several ways. Tour set to start at 9:45 with meeting time at 9:30 with a stated duration of about an hour. And sold as a skip-the-line experience. One hour into the tour we were still standing in a very long line that is also mostly in the sun. Maybe the line was shorter than the general line, but the general line is in the shade. The guide was very knowledgeable and friendly but this just was not what we purchased. We had other plans for the day and had only allotted 90 minutes to this tour and basically had to leave as soon as we finally entered the cathedral. Would not recommend if you are looking for a shorter and faster experience.
Dear Customer, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us! We’re sorry to hear the experience didn’t match your expectations, especially regarding the wait time and tour duration. While we do our best to minimize delays, we understand how this impacted your schedule. We’re glad you found the guide knowledgeable, and we’ll use your feedback to improve how we set expectations for future customers. Best regards, My Tour In Italy.
Backpacks and bare shoulders not allowed. “Skip the line” must be Italian for “wait in line”. But our guide was knowledgeable, friendly and very passionate about the Duomo. Highly recommend!
Dear Customer, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us! We're happy to hear you enjoyed the tour and that your guide made a great impression. We appreciate your note about the wait time and dress code those are set by the monument, but we’ll keep working to improve communication. Thanks again for your recommendation! Best regards, My Tour In Italy.
