Disappointed with the interior of the duomo.
Very beautiful to see from the outside, but waiting in line in the blazing sun, even if it's quick (a good 1/2 hour) to go inside where there is nothing to see—no, I'm lying, the crypt... Very disappointed, though; paying 80 euros, okay, there was the baptistery and the museum that saved the visit, but staying outside to see the duomo is just fine.

Not worth the extra money for “fast entrance”
Not worth buying fast entrance if you’re willing to wait in a line for 10 minutes longer. It wasn’t a skip the line entrance and it was extremely difficult transferring the tickets from the “guide” who wasn’t a tour guide. The app should directly send you the tickets. Not worth the money at all!!!!!

This is a third party ticket provider and a scam. In the United States it is called scalping, which is illegal. You will have to meet someone unofficial in a third party location. They gain access to your phone number and other information. Please do yourself a favor and buy from the official resources or on-site.

Well worth spending the money to not have to line up for hours!!!!! It was easy to meet and collect the information for the tickets. Got access to the Duomo Cathedral, baptistery, bell tower and museum.

Good trip but not all that "fast entry" !
Well worth seeing and the meeting-point was easy to find. We still had to queue for 20 minutes to get it, so the entry is not all that "fast" !

Our guide was very knowledgeable and seemed very passionate about teaching us everything there was to know about the cathedral. If we had walked through there alone with no guide, nothing would’ve been of any significance.

NO FAST TRACK
WARNING, WARNING ABSOLUTELY NO FASTTRACK ABOUT THESE BILLETS. THAT IS A SCAM!!!!!!! At the church there is no Fast Track entrance and you are allowed to stand in the regular queue. We were in line for over 40 minutes on an equal footing with everyone else who had bought a normal ticket. Waste of money.

With every booking, we clearly indicate which entrance ticket holders must use. If you join the general queue instead of the designated ticket-holder entrance, you will unfortunately experience the same waiting time as visitors without tickets.
