Our week-long tour with Jordan Horizons went smoothly from start to finish. We were very well taken care of, especially by our driver, Faed, who was flexible and always attentive to our requests. We had the opportunity to visit all the sites and places we wanted to see without any hurdles or difficulties. Even when cancellations occurred, alternative options or refunds were offered. In short, we had a great time in Jordan and would definitely recommend this company.

I feel like I've seen most of Jordan -- from castles, churches, ruins, to deserts, rock cliffs, and cities with this tour. Even though I've only been there for over a week, I was able to explore several archaeological sites, traverse through the desert in a jeep, climb up rocky trails in Petra, sleep in a luxury Bedouin tent in Wadi Rum, floated in the Dead Sea, and even visited the baptism site of Jesus Christ! None of this would have been convenient if it weren't for Jordan Horizons Tours -- they took care of the logistics, itinerary, accommodation, and even my visa application, which made me focus on enjoying the best of Jordan without being stressed over transfers and cultural barriers. Their openness to customizing the tour is also a plus. When I visit Jordan again in the future, I will definitely book it with Jordan Horizons Tours.

Outstanding tour of Jordan with Jordan Horizon Tours. The hotels, service, people, sites and food were outstanding. One of my top trips! Our driver/guide stayed with us the entire 8 days and he was so kind, knowledgeable, patient, funny and accommodating. I would highly recommend him. Serious, reliable agency, always ready to help and respond in a short time. Private driver throughout the week speaking excellent Italian. Tours organized with local guides, they were also qualified, but they did not speak Italian. Thank goodness that among us there was someone who spoke English and translated everything the guides said. Only with the exception of the Guide to Petra who spoke Italian. The first three hotels of the holiday were excellent, except for the hotels that were located in Aqaba and Dead Sea, which were shabby dirty and poorly organized. Otherwise, Jordan🇯🇴 ✔️ stole our hearts.

It was truly an amazing experience! Jordan is such a beautiful country with marvelous places and Jordan Horizons organized all very well. They were so patient and attencious from the very first contact. We had no problems at all. And we had with is the incredible guide and driver Ashraf who took care of us all the time and explained every step of our trip with clarity. The car we travelled in was clean and new and the hotels we stayed in were satisfactory.

We did an 8 day tour with Jordan Horizons, visiting a Aijoun, Jerash, Amman, Petra, Wadi Rum and the Dead Sea. Basma was incredibly helpful as we planned the trip and figured out an itinerary that worked best for us. Once we arrived, our driver Hisham ensured that we knew how kind and helpful the Jordanian people are. He offered suggestions for detours without pressure, and pointed out anything interesting during our drive. Hisham was very well connected, able to coordinate activities and making sure our accomodations always had a great view. He made sure we had exceptional local guides in Aijoun, Petra, and Wadi Rum. In Aijoun, we stayed at a homestay, where we experienced an incredible sunset hike with an amazing guide and local fruits. Sites were not very crowded in Jordan. We got to see everything we wanted and had a good experience. Jordan is an amazing place full of kind people who ensure that everyone feels safe and welcome. Jordan Horizons was a big part in making sure we saw as much as possible during our visit!

Our tour of Jordan was absolutely seamless. We started in Amman and explored Mt. Nebo, Bethany, the Dead Sea, Wadi Mose, Wadi Rum, and Aqaba. Every stop was incredible, but what made the experience truly exceptional was our guide, Basel. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly flexible. Basel made sure we saw everything on our itinerary while also adapting plans to make the journey smooth and enjoyable. He consistently went the extra mile whenever we needed, and we always felt safe, comfortable, and cared for. I would highly recommend Jordan as a destination, this tour, and especially our guide Basel. No complaints—only gratitude for an unforgettable experience!

Its tough to assess something as perfect, but it really was. Firstly I want to thank Basma our tour designer for such prompt responses as we arranged an 8 Day Jordan Adventure with a bunch of customisation, every request was welcomed and approved. The team go all out, starting with a Border Rep who meets you airside as you land to arrange your Visa. Awesome. Our driver Saeed was fantastic, and we shared many great conversations over lunch talking about life and particularly learning alot about the region that is sadly very misunderstood in the west. We felt like we had a better understanding and appreciation for Jordan and broader region, and learnt so much about the region including, things like such as the history of Bilad Al-Sah. Saeed always had ice cold drinks ready for us in the car every day, which was very welcomed as the summer heat was always over 35 degrees most days. Thankyou also to the team for arranging such a great guide for us in Petra, and promptly helping us with entry to Petra by Night when we couldnt initially get in. Our trip to Jordan will be one we remember for a long time, it is aboslutely in our top 3 destinations we've travelled to. The people are so welcoming, even strangers on the street we saying welcome to Jordan, we've never experienced anything like this anywhere else in the world. The only sad thing is that I just wish more people would travel to Jordan!!! We werent deterred by the recent conflict and whilst it was a privelidge to have alot of sights to yourself, its to the detriment of the great people of Jordan with tourism suffering. If this is your prompt to finally take the plunge, please visit Jordan and support the amazing people, they need it! And its so safe there, we felt safer here than we did in Paris.
