I just want to take a moment to review the service. We use them for both the pick up/the arrival in Rome and also the return to the airport for departure. First of all the van was pristine, clean and new. It was a Mercedes-Benz. The driver, both times was on time actually, early and also very courteous and professional. We will use this service again in the future when flying into Rome. I greatly appreciate their communication. Look them up on WhatsApp and connect with them on there. They are MIA Limo. You can also make request and book with them using WhatsApp.

This was one of the best transfers I have had from the Rome Airport. The driver (Matteo) provided great instructions on how to find him after baggage claim and he was waiting for. He helped move all of our bags to the reserved van and off we went to our hotel. I am looking forward to booking this service again.

Mia Limo made our first trip to Italy so much easier. We were a party of five, and booking our first private transport online was quick and simple. The service was so good that first time that we ended up booking three more rides with them during our trip — airport, cruise terminal, and hotel transfers — and requested the same driver each time. The owner was great to communicate with, both through the booking portal and by text, and even called once just to confirm trip details. Our driver was always on time, dropped us as close to our destinations as possible, and called ahead to let us know exactly where he was. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Italy for the first time.

This was the best thing we did by having private transportation while in Italy. We used Mia Limo for four different trips and had two vehicles for each. The drivers were on time and friendly. The vehicles were spacious and clean. Setting up everything was smooth. If traveling to Rome I would highly recommend maybe a bit more money than a taxi but worth every penny!

One of my biggest worries about travelling overseas is transportation. The driver was on time and easily found in the airport. He helped with the luggage and was very respectful. I would schedule with them again

First time traveling to Rome. Prior to travel, vendor messaged several times through app with instructions getting around airport. Day of arrival again messaged where his driver would specifically be at once we cleared customs and gathered luggage. Used again with follow-up transportation later in our trip. Extremely good experience.
