Allt är vackert presenterat, även om den fantastiska byggnaden ger utställningarna mycket för pengarna. Takkaféet har fantastisk utsikt över medinan. En av Afrikas största moskéer och kanske det äldsta universitetet i världen, är detta komplexa det andliga hjärtat av Fez och Marocko själv. Det är så stort att det kan vara svårt att faktiskt se: Under århundradena har gatorna och husen i Kairaouine kvartalet inkräktat på byggnaden så mycket de döljer sin sanna form. Icke-muslimer kan inte komma in.

We like to go on guided walks when we first arrive at a destination to not only inform us about the culture, history and sites but, also to help with our familiarisation and orientation. And this worked a treat. The souk is vast and interesting. The guide was pleasant and informative.

The tour guide was nice and knowledgeable, I definitely learned some interesting things about Fès. The highlight for me was visiting the ceramics factory. The tour of the Medina itself involves going into several businesses who would explain a bit about their craft and ask if you want to buy anything. I did feel a little like the sellers were annoyed when no one in our group(there were only 3 of us) bought anything. Though this may just have been my British awkwardness. All in all I would recommend, especially for someone who has just arrived to Morroco, it is a great introduction to the some of the different industries here.
Our guide was incredible. He knew every single place of the old town, which is really necessary for every visitor in Fez. With him we had the chance to enter to places where is difficult to enter if you are just a random visitor. He explained the historical sites of the Medina. Overall incredible experience
