My husband and I lucked out when a large group who were supposed to be on our tour cancelled so we had Timothy as a private tour guide! He was a terrific guide. He was very knowledgeable about Amelia Island and provided all sorts of interesting side facts and took us all around the historical district. I would highly recommend this tour to learn more about the area and its interesting history. I’d also recommend requesting Timothy if you can! A must do if you are in the area!

Our tour guide was quite knowledgeable about Fernandina history. We walked around and he pointed out many areas of interest and he was generous with historical facts time offering to go a bit beyond the scheduled tour if we had the time. Fernandina is charming but has a complicated multinational history. We were a group of 5 and enjoyed this tour!

Great tour and history lesson! Tim did a wonderful job detailing the area's long history under 8 different flags. He was witty, engaging and friendly. Answered all our questions. He is very knowledgable. Super way to learn this area! Highly recommend!
