Fast Track Entry Vatikanmuseerna och Sixtinska kapellet

We did the supposed Fast track entry tickets...Whereby, on getting to the pick up point,I had to walk down this huge cobbled stairwell to this shop area, in 38"c, then stand about for half an hour, until the "guide" got his little flag, and ushered us out and up this stairwell again, and across a very hectic and busy street, to join hundreds in similar Q's,15/20 minutes late we were inside, and walking up these hug marble staircase, untill we reached the top, then the guide said to all, well goodbye enjoy, and walked off again with his little flag, very disappointing..

I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical before booking this tour. You hear so many mixed things about crowded tours and long lines, so I had my suspicions. But I am so incredibly glad we went ahead with it. From start to finish, the tour guide was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Managing a tour like this with kids can easily become stressful, but they made us feel completely looked after, ensuring everyone in the family was comfortable and engaged. Seeing the Vatican City and the Sistine Chapel with this guide turned what could have been a hectic day into a lifetime experience. If you are on the fence like I was, just book it. I honestly cannot recommend them enough!

The signage for the “express” line to the Sistine Chapel and Vatican museums was misleading so it took us awhile to find someone to ask where we enter. Also confusing is that someone called me the day before our entry date saying our time had changed. They sent an updated ticket for two. Having two times and two sets of tickets was confusing but we wanted our original time slot. I had to show both tickets and explain what happens to two different people to enter.

I would give rate of Zero if I can. Late cancellation 5 minutes before the activity. The address is incorrect and cannot be found. Call them and said full booking and no ticket for us. Do not buy this. 避雷

Please avoid if you do not want to lose your money! I have never received the tickets from this agency and I doubt if that agency even exist lol. I was in front of vatican museum with my mum on wheelchair and waited for the tickets but they did not show up. No sorry, no information,no message, nothing. They do not answer the calls/emails/message/whatsup and when I asked volunteers in vatican museum nobody know this agency. It is an obvious scam and I'm surprised that Viator has such an unverified agency in offer. I have made a claim but the viator can not really help. Its a shame, it was was my first and last purchase via Viator because they are not able to protect their customers from fraudulent agencies.

We would like to emphasize that we all traveled from Milan to Rome specifically for this visit. My mother, in particular, is a devout Catholic woman who is currently unwell, and this experience meant far more than a sightseeing activity—it was a spiritual moment she had been longing for. Adding to our frustration, we will not have another opportunity to visit, as we are in Italy on vacation and our itinerary continues through other cities in Italy and other countries following this stop in Rome. This visit to the Vatican was planned as a once-in-a-lifetime moment—one that now has been taken from us with no warning. Your last-minute cancellation showed not only a complete lack of professionalism, but a serious failure in communication and responsibility. We were given no alternative, no compensation, no assistance. It left us helpless at the very doors of the Vatican, trying to process the news while comforting someone who was emotionally devastated. We find this level of negligence unacceptable, and we urge you to take full responsibility. Excellent, everything was clearly explained to us which was important as there pope passed away during our stay and we were unsure what to do. The team was excellent in telling us what to do & reassuring us.

Skipped the line actually worked, the line was insanely long . But we skipped all the way and went inside . They sent our tickets the day before our reservation

Bought our tickets few weeks in advance. Got a call the night before saying they were changing our time by 2.5 hours. Don't see the difference between this and buying for less directly from Vagican Museum website
