What a lovely afternoon, spent in the company of a very well informed tour guide called John, who was very knowledgeable and made the tour a very pleasant experience. Would highly recommend.
Absolutely brilliant tour with John. Definitely recommended. Full of fun facts and insights
The experience was great fun and very well delivered by Lucy who had some substantial knowledge of the area, cast, show operations, etc. Pleasant stroll around the village looking at some key locations and with a little guessing game here and there to have a bit of a crack. We even saw some of the crew.
As fans, we were really curious about visiting the Church building and seeing what the rest of "Kembleford" looked like. Pretty Village. Lucy, our guide, was so informative and personable. Thoroughly enjoyable experience.
It was a wonderful experience! The tour guide was lovely and very kind. As we went to the different locations, she showed us pictures of the different scenes from the show. The landscapes and cottages were lovely, and it was fun to get an inside scoop about the show. It was a good amount of walking, but nothing terrible. The tour lasted probably about and hour and a half. Great for a Father Brown fan!
From start to finish this was such a great tour. Lucy was a great guide Very recommended
Lucy was really friendly and knowledgeable about the area and had nice photos and information about Father Brown. I think it was really good that she was from the area and worked on set. Rather than being just a “super fan”. It added a different perspective on the tour, something that you can’t get on other tours .
As new fans to the series we thought this would be fun for our anniversary weekend. John was very knowledgeable on all the sites and also shared some insights into how scenes were filmed. Highly recommend for anyone interested in the series or just how locations are used.
A delightful excursion through brilliant Blockley to many of the places featured in Father Brown. Lucy is a great guide; very knowledgable and entertaining. Well worth booking if you’re a fan of the show.
What a wonderful tour and walk around Blockley. John & Lucy kept us well informed and up to date with their first hand knowledge on the show. An absolute must for any Father Brown fans. The village is also in a beautiful location and was so nice to see all the pretty houses.
