Smooth journey. We got return tickets booked online. There was plenty of seating ( may) . Clean boat with bar ( drinks,crisps,ice cream) and toilets. Crew were fantastic very jolly. They took photos of everyone with no pressure to buy. We didn't also keyring and fridge magnet. You can choose return time.very relaxing
We decided to take the ferry to Fuengirola. We went on a Tuesday as that is the day of the large street market in Fuengirola. The ferry takes approximately an hour one way. We booked a return trip as it isn't much more than one way. (Could have taken the train back.) It was a nice trip and you see the whole coastline along the way. The staff was very good. You can get refreshments on board. There are plenty of seats inside and outside. It was a nice way to get from one town to the other. Just relax and enjoy the views.
I really enjoyed being out on the water. It’s a scenic ride. The staff on the boat was really great. I thought it was a little expensive and I had trouble finding the boat as the lady in the ticket booth was not able to give me clear directions.
Really nice, small ferry. Super clean. Loved the polished wooden tables. There were only 7 of us onboard, so it felt like a private hire.
Very nice walk, the view is superb .. no dolphins but it is nature, to the little happiness the chance .. but great boat, very clean, very friendly staff, thank you for this nice walk and a particularly to our French captain...

Very poor customer experience, my booking was'nt registered with the tour operator, so I had to.purchase my own ticket and I'm still waiting for a refund.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you faced. It seems there was an issue with the external agency you tried to book with. Whenever a booking doesn't automatically appear in our system, our ticket office relies on the customer's confirmation email to solve it. Because no confirmation email was generated on your end, our team had no proof of purchase to allow you on board and had to charge for a new ticket. We highly recommend contacting the customer service of the website where you attempted to book, as they are the only ones who can process the refund for that failed booking attempt.
Lovely trip over to fuengirola , staff lovely Takes about 50 minutes, sit up top to watch the birds diving for fish

This was a 5 start service, from start to finish. The vessel was exceptional as were the Staff. A lovely, leisurely cruise along a beautiful stretch of coastline. I highly recommend.

We were delighted with the crossing, quiet, the staff is very welcoming, he inquired with the passengers if everything went well, we could see a dolphin, the comfortable catamaran, the large and clean toilet. We will also tour the dolphins soon. I recommend.
