Fördjupande besök i vinkällaren - provsmakning och gourmetvin (tetid).
Beskrivning
Provsmakningen börjar i vinkällaren. Detta följs av visning av en förklarande video om produktionen av Alsace-viner (lämplig för barn). Sedan besöker vi källaren, dess mer än sekel gamla träfat, och ni får upptäcka vår familjehistoria genom ett scenografiskt utrymme med 180° immersiv video projicerad på fat: unikt i Frankrike. Presentation av tunnan från världsutställningen 1900. Sedan fortsätter vi provsmakningen i vårt terum med ett "gourmetvin": flera glas i kombination med söta och salta godsaker: ost, charkuterier och diverse sötsaker. Ni kan också välja att inte anmäla barnen och de kan välja ett mellanmål på plats! Alsace Tourism Trophy 2021 och Vinturism Trophy 2022.

Excellent wine tasting followed by fabulous tea!! Learned a lot about wine making in the Alsace region from our host - this has been his family’s winery for generations. He and his wife were very welcoming. Highly recommend!!!

Not to miss the guided visit with the oenologist André Carneiro; great knowledge and sympathy. The wine tasting was fantastic and the view is stunning!

Since it was a rainy day in February, we were the only guests on this tour. We took the train there, which was super easy and comfortable. The guide and staff were very friendly and explained everything in detail. There were also some films. The wine and food were delicious. Thanks for the beautiful Sunday

It is far from Strasbourg. 48 EUROS using bolt but the Ter train from Strasbourg TO Soltise stops a short walk downhill to the winery for 2 persons we paid 19.80 Euros one way.

This wine tour & tasting was so incredible!!’ So informational with a tiny bit of theatrics to capture even the attention of non-regular wine drinkers. The cost was phenomenal and the food included at the end of the tour was not only delicious but visually stunning!!! Highly recommend this winery, tour, and region.
