The boat wasn’t working and had to go on the free ferry instead The driver was super kind which is why the rating is higher as they didn’t inform us that boat wasn’t working until we got there

This was a joke , the trip didn't exist ,now I'm fighting to get my money back ....don't book this trip !
We had a poor experience. Went to location that was directed at the times directed and the bus never arrived. Company won't refund the money either. Very disappointed.
We never took the tour! When we arrived at the "pick up" location we were told by a competitor that the company doesn't pick up there anymore. I cslled the number listed snd the agent that answered wasn't helpful at all!! We wound up going with a different company hopefully i will be able to dispute the charge with my bank since ww never went
Terrible! The bus never showed up. The tour stopped operating in December, yet tickets are still be sold.
We showed up at the pickup spot and the company no longer exists!! But they charged my card. Of course.
We were not able to go: They never showed up on site for pick-up. I called two times their 800 number and they never responded. I took the other provider " big Bus" and they charged me much higher rate, but I have guests from Croatia and tight schedule. It was first time for me that Tripadvisor reservation failed. I will try to ask for a full refund and damages caused by that.
Never show up and don't want to refund, avoid this company
Due to the lack of organization of your company, I was forced to cancel my trip with you for today, as it can be called a scam and theft: selling a product that does not exist and that you are not working on at the moment. You were responsible for ruining my trip. And on the other hand, you need to improve the customer service you have because it really sucks, it's terrible. I had the worst experience of my life with my family, on the street making calls that never gave me any solution! I need my money back
