It was overpriced for the quality of experience. We didn’t get to see Chesa Futura, for example. We could have been better off on our own.

Our guide, Suzi never showed up for our 11am tour, did not answer the phone# we were given for her and could not even be reached by the company. We were offered another tour but not until 4:30pm, which was too late. We were refunded but it was very disappointing since we only had this day in St Moritz.

Monica was so nice and did a great job of taking us on a short trip around St. Moritz. She was very knowledgeable about the city and the fact that she has lived there her entire life was definitely a big advantage.

Tour was great only complaint is that 1 hr is too short. Our guide Stavros was friendly, knowledgeable and great with families.
