Our driver, Wayan, was punctual, informative and very considerate of our needs on a recent day trip. We felt very safe in his vehicle and with his confident knowledge of the roads leading to the sites we wanted to explore. We had an itinerary we wanted to follow. Wayan was happy to accomodate and offered some suggestions to help us make the most of the day. We had a fantastic day, so much so that we have booked another day trip!
We didn’t know anything about Bali and were not sure what to expect, but Putu made our trip smooth and fun! He served not just as driver, but as the knowledgeable tour guide, bringing us to the beautiful locations, such as a historic Temple, nice coffee farm and waterfalls, then we finished our day with the dinner on the beautiful rice terrace. Our drive was kind of long since we have to make it from Nusa Dua to Ubud and back, which is 2 hours one way, and Putu didn’t let us feel unsafe even once. Next time we’re in Bali, we’d be happy to go with Putu again!
Our driver was fantastic, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. He was super attentive, personable, and excellent customer service skills. You can't go wrong booking with him for an introduction to island! 5 stars all around! You won't regret it!

We, a family of three were greeted by Ari, our local driver in Bali. He was wonderful communicating with us from the beginning, offering pickup and drop offs from each location we visited. Transportation in Bali is almost exclusively with motor bike or car, and is very crowded and chaotic to navigate. We were very happy to hire a local to navigate with ease and great conversation. Over the course of two days we visited Mt. Bakur/Kitamani, numerous temples, Ubud, the Tegallalang Rice Terrace, a coffee Plantation, a waterfall, the Bali Zoo and a few local workshops. Along the way Ari was the there to help. Thank you so much. 5 stars all the way. We would definitely recommend this to anyone, especially those traveling to Bali for the 1st time or with their family.

We had an amazing day with Chepot. He drove us to all the places we wanted and suggested some himself. Everything went smoothly and he helped us take pictures and told us a lot about Bali and life here.

We had an incredible day exploring East Bali with our driver, Made. He was punctual, friendly, and spoke excellent English. Throughout the day he shared fascinating insights into Balinese culture, religion, and daily life, which made every stop even more meaningful. We visited Lempuyang Temple, Tirta Gangga, enjoyed a fantastic lunch at Mahagiri with spectacular views, and finished at Besakih Temple. He drove safely, never rushed us, and made the entire experience relaxing and enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better driver or guide. Highly recommend Made and this tour!
