Vi startar detta fantastiska äventyr och kör 30 minuter från staden till vårt första stopp, Monte Albán.
Vi kommer att börja detta äventyr besöka den viktigaste arkeologiska platsen i Oaxaca, Monte Albán. Du kommer att gå runt på webbplatsen tillsammans med en expert och lära dig om historien och kulturen på denna ikoniska webbplats. Vi älskar att stirra tidigt för att undvika folkmassorna!
Njut av denna färgstarka upplevelse genom att besöka en inhemsk familj för att se hur de arbetar med att göra vackra ullmattor, använda naturliga färgämnen från växter, lokala örter, blommor, frön etc. Du kommer att lära dig innebörden av alla zapotec-designer och lära dig mer om deras kultur och traditioner.
HAPPY HOUR! De två favoritsakerna i Oaxaca på ett och samma ställe; mat & mezcal! Vi kommer att stanna i detta stora destilleri där du kommer att lära dig om Mezcal processen, göra en provning och prova 8 olika Mezcals men innan du kommer att njuta av en läcker lunch, har detta destilleri en restaurang med en mycket trevlig atmosfär, utomhus där du kan ha mullvad, quesadillas, Tlayudas, läckra soppor med handgjorda tortillas och mer! (Mat ingår ej)
Vi har bara två förstenade vattenfall i världen! I Pamukkale Turkiet och Oaxaca Mexiko! Du kan utforska området genom att göra en vandring för att se all förstenning håller på att bildas genom åren! Staden styrs av traditionella rättigheter så de har sina egna regler och vi får inte Guide dig dit. Om du föredrar att hoppa över vandringen kan vi besöka direkt området för de naturliga poolerna för bad eller ta bilder av den fantastiska utsikten!

This is a fantastic option to see the sites. Felix was a great driver who provided a lot of information about the area of Oaxaca in general, and was patient with our questions. Our guide at Mont Alban was exceptional. He knew so much more information than other guides that were there, and again, he also answered lots of questions and focused on areas that we were interested in. Our guide in Teotitlan was a young teenager who took so much pride in his family's and his work in textiles, and did an amazing presentation. The lunch at the Mezcal distillery was incredible and fresh, and super informative (and a beautiful, relaxing landscape!) We ended the day at Hierve el agua, and even though it was getting late, we did not feel rushed. This tour was worth every penny!
A spectacular experience. Jesus accompanied us on the tour to Mount Alban and boils water and we had an amazing time. I recommend to visit and get to know Oaxaca and have a great time (especially with Jesus).
We had incredible, unique experiences with Antonio and Felix during our two full day tours. The sites were incredible, tour guides were knowledgeable and each of the artisans we visited were so gracious and welcoming. This tour was absolutely amazing — the perfect blend of history, culture, craft, and nature. We started at Monte Albán, where our guide, Jesus, brought the ancient Zapotec city to life with fascinating stories and deep knowledge about its temples, carvings, and incredible panoramic views over Oaxaca Valley. Walking among those ruins felt like stepping back in time. Next, we visited a family-run textile workshop, where we saw how natural dyes are made from plants and insects, and how intricate patterns are handwoven on traditional looms. It was beautiful to see how the family utilizes what nature provides to create such great products. From there, we stopped for lunch which was a feast — a homemade indigenous meal that felt so authentic and generous, full of flavors that represented the region’s heart and soul. Finally, we ended the day at Hierve el Agua, surrounded by surreal petrified waterfalls and sweeping mountain views. It was the perfect place to relax, take photos, and soak in everything we had experienced. Overall, this tour was incredibly well organized and full of heart. It gave me a deeper appreciation for Oaxaca’s culture, people, and traditions. I can’t recommend it enough.
We had an amazing experience on our tour with Jesus. It was wonderful, very attentive and informative. We really enjoy learning about the local gastronomy and the distilleries of mezcal in the area. Lunch with Dona Dalia was delicious, especially her mole. Overall, it was a very nice experience. Thank you so much!
Everything was amazing!!! Our driver Felix was on time and so very kind and informative! We initially had a different trip booked but the team accommodated a change in activities which we very much appreciated. When we got to Monte Albán Tony was our guide and he was so knowledgeable on it. Sharing so much background it really helped embrace the culture! Hierve el agua was my favorite! The views were immaculate!! Felix also took us to eat some traditional Oaxacan food. Afterward we took a tour to see how mezcal was made and got to try it! We then went to a textile shop it was amazing to hear the process of how the fabric is made! Overall great experience!!! Do not hesitate to book with them they treat you like family!

The trip was one of our highlights of our Oaxaca stay. We did two full days of tours. Our guides both days were informative and engaging.
We had a wonderful day with our driver, Jesus. He was very knowledgeable, hospitable and has friends everywhere we went. Being a private tour, he was able to be flexible so we were never rushed and still had time to enjoy all the sites. He even went out of his way to return my glasses I left in his car to where were staying, which I'm certain was inconvenient. The service and communication from Oaxaca Conmigo Tours couldn't have been better.
We loved this tour! We had looked at other less expensive tours but appreciate that conmigo pays all the site hosts and guides fair wages. They took us to meet real people and not to the overcrowded tourist sites. We left early and were swimming at Hierve El Agua on our own. Seeing the place without any crowds was magical. Our guide, Jesus was super informative, fun, enthusiastic and personable. It was the best day of our trip. We saw so much and felt authentically immersed in the culture! Well worth the cost!!
We organized a tour with Antonio from Oaxaca with Me Tours. Antonio was great. He was easy to communicate with and his english was excellent. The transportation (very new Ford SUV) was very comfortable. The tour went exactly as planned and he very strategically planned it to avoid the crowds. We learned a lot about the history of the area and enjoyed Antonio's insights and stories. I would highly recommend Antonio and "Oaxaca With Me Tours".
