Bahia Maguey y el Organo De två första vikar som vi kommer att se inom nationalparken är "Organo" och "Maguey". Den jungfruliga bukten av "Organ" är känd för ett otroligt stenansikte som naturen gjort sig själv döpt till "La Cara Mizteca". Viken "Maguey" har sitt namn från den gröna färgen på dess vatten, liknande bladen på kaktusen med samma namn, med vilka vi destillerar Tequila och Mezcal. Vi stannar i 2 timmar för att njuta av mycket färsk fisk och skaldjur på restaurangen som rekommenderas av din guide. Huatulco-kustens specialitet är en ananas fylld med skaldjur. Först skär de en ananas i två delar, tar bort fruktköttet och fyller den med en béchamelsås med skaldjur efter eget tycke, efter att ha fördelat ost på toppen, förs den in i en vedugn för att gratinera den. En annan specialitet är "fyra av fyra", 16 räkor, tillagade på fyra olika sätt. Även rätter med kött eller jättepizza om du inte gillar skaldjur.

Quite an experience. the Panga we had was clean, well equipped and the driver was personable, knowledgeable and knew right where to go to find the whales and dolphins that breeched within yards of us. In fact, there were times when we could have reached out and touched some of the dolphins that swam beside the panga. We've been on these types of trips in other parts of the world in the past, but this one was the best. Highly recommend it.

Great shuttle, great boat, great captain. We loved the views and beaches. The only issue we had was the snorkel gear. We rented 3 sets and 2 of them leaked between the mouth piece and tube. The result was we would choke on salt water every thirty seconds. We stopped using the leaky equipment and just swam, which was too bad because the snorkeling was incredible, truly world class. I tried to get my money back for 2 of 3 snorkels but was told we could not get our money back because we had rented it. I was very disappointed in the snorkle gear. I highly recommend the boat trip, just bring your own snorkel gear.

Diego was a great guide. Excellent. Almost a private tour as only 2 of us on the boat and he allowed us to snorkel where we wanted. Shorter trip than we anticipated and I think we only did 5 of the bays, we were back at dock by 1pm.

The guide of the boat (Esteban) had a terrible attitude, did not explain anything and did not want to take us to see the whales and dolphins approaching.
