Bara 2 km från den gamla staden i medeltida Siena, på den fantastiska kuperade toskanska landsbygden, kommer den exklusiva vinturen med provsmakning av "Land, klimat och smak" att introducera dig till den lokala maten och vinet och till den fascinerande världen av hållbara viner. En resa genom vinodlingens hemligheter i klimatförändringens tidsålder. Designad för alla som älskar gott vin och mat, denna intima upplevelse är för max 8 personer och leds av en av vingårdens ägare. Vingårdsturen kommer att följas av en guidad sensorisk provsmakning för att fånga och bryta ner de olika organoleptiska profilerna som deltar i komplexiteten hos våra årgångsviner och privata reservviner. Slutligen kommer du att njuta av en komplett lunch med rätt mat och vin som kommer att glädja din smak och ge näring åt din själ.

I vår ekologiska vingård kommer du, med tydliga och enkla termer, att introduceras till de olika och komplexa ekosystemen som är involverade och de viktigaste agronomiska teknikerna miljömässig hållbarhet i en tid av klimatförändringar.
I vår källare kommer vi att undersöka de grundläggande begreppen kvalitetsvinframställning från en ovanlig synvinkel: mikroorganismernas, de verkliga huvudpersonerna i druva-till-vin-processen.
I vårt exklusiva provsmakningsrum kommer vi att närma oss 5 av våra årgångsviner och privata reserv ekologiska viner, med syn, lukt och smak, för att fånga det vi älskar mest om vin: känslornas komplexa värld.
Din provsmakning avslutas med en komplett lunch, tillagad enligt säsongsbetonade menyer för att glädja din smak, tillsammans med våra viner och ekologiska extra virgin olivolja.

If you are in Siena this is a must do. Lorenzo was so interesting, the wine was amazing and the food was just as delicious. Must not miss!
Wonderful day exploring how an independent family owned winery managed all the complexities of operating a high quality winery. Our guide was a wealth of knowledge and led us through the vineyard and into the immaculate production area; the wine tasting with a first class lunch in a beautiful Tuscan courtyard setting, was informative and insightful without pretention. And of course the wine was excellent! Thank you for a great experience!!
The owner takes a lot of pride in what he does and can answer any questions about wine making. The food was excellent. Would highly recommend to anyone.
Truly an experience of a lifetime! Gianluigi helped us to feel at home in a heavenly environment and walked us through the grape growing and wine making process before tasting many different wines made right there at La Lastra Winery. The wines were paired with perfect combinations of amazing morsels of pasta, cheeses, and foods grown at their farm. The olive oil used was also made there. I would recommend the exclusive tour! Indeed a day I will never forget!

We had a wonderful time at Azienda agricola La Lastra. The sommelier was very interesting and informative. We had a wine tasting ( 5 full glasses) and a delicious meal to accompany the wine. Definitely our favorite vineyard we visited in Tuscany.

Amazing! A humble and simple place, family run! Courtesy and preparation are the masters, the tour between vineyard and cellar was perfect with simple and clear explanations. The tasting has the note of merit given the addition of a varied light lunch that can be combined with the various wines. Definitely recommended. A beautiful organic winery! We will be back
I visited this beautiful vineyard with my wife! It was a top highlight of our 3 week visit in Italy! The owner and his family could not have been more friendly. I definitely take for granted all they have to fight to make wine and olive oil, from the weather, soil, fungus, bugs and government. The property could be a movie set. The lunch we had was 5 stars. It was a private lunch and tasting with the owner explaining the wines and olive oil. More food and wine that we could consume. There was no pressure to purchase wine, but we bought a case and will buy more!! Love it!! Do this experience!!
We were incredibly pleased with the tour! Maya was informative and patient with us! The scenery was only out done by the wine! Great time!
