We had an amazing experience from the very first moment. We booked a tour to Isla Mujeres and everything was perfectly organized: from the transportation, the atmosphere on board, the super attentive staff, and of course, the island, which is a true paradise. The catamaran was impeccable, and the music and drinks made the journey as fun as the destination. But what really made the difference was the support we received with planning our entire trip. They helped us make reservations at spectacular beach clubs and clubs like Coco Bongo, which made our nights just as memorable as the days. The entire team was professional, friendly, and made sure we didn't want for anything. Thank you for making our trip unique. I definitely recommend it 100% and would come back without a second thought!

Well worth the money. Everything was spot on. The service on the catamaran was very attentive, you have a selection of cocktails and other drinks. The island is beautiful! Glad I did it

This excursion was so fun! The waters were very choppy that day (November) so we didn’t get to do the snorkeling but our crew still made it worth while! Our tour guide was Emanuel (Manny), who was the best tour guide ever. Manny and his crew were so welcoming and accommodating. They did everything to make our day enjoyable. Isla Mujeres is very packed with lots to do/see so be sure to plan ahead to make the most of your time there.

The guides were kind. I wouldn’t recommend snorkeling in this excursion, waves were rough and barely any sealife. The experience felt rushed with guide constantly yelling and blowing whistle in water. Great to just cruise and swim at Beach. Food and drinks were great

Had a wonderful time on this day trip to isla de Mujeres where the crystalline blue waters allowed us to enjoy swimming in the ocean. The crew were friendly and the music was great too.

So much fun! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Very safe environment and clean, nice boat. Lunch was really good and service was amazing. The snorkeling and swimming were only about 20 min each but it’s a really fun way to get to the island rather than using the ferry. Also a great price for the experience. The pick up van was nice, on time, good AC, etc.

I had read mixed reviews before booking this excursion and was skeptical but gave it a shot. I am SOOO glad I did! Three friends and I (along with approximately 15 other guests) had the BEST time on this excursion! Shiva was our tour guide and helped make this trip extra memorable. She was charismatic, kind, and had a contagious smile. The entire crew on the catamaran was exceptional. The bartenders, food preparers, drivers, etc were all very kind, helpful, and went the extra mile to make the trip worthy of a 5-star review. I did not realize when I booked this trip (leaving out of Tulum) that it required a 2.5-hour bus ride into Cancun to get on the catamaran.... however, it was nice to have the 2.5-hour drive back to Tulum to rest and recover from the day drinking and time in the sun. The driver was great and the van had AC that worked great!

Boat and crew was Top Notch! Everyone was so attentive! The boat was very clean and looked brand new. The food was very tasty and the drinks were great! I have only one big complaint and that is I was unaware of the long drive from pick up to the port. I had no idea we would be traveling from Tulum to Cancun for this activity. The ride to and from was about 1 1/2 each way making this a very long all day trip. We left at 10am and did not get back until after 8 pm. We missed our dinner reservations due to this and spent over 3 hours in a van traveling to and from the port. Information provided and times were very misleading.

Excellent tour of the beautiful Mexican Caribbean Sea! The place is beautiful and the crew service is excellent from start to finish. I highlight the attention and follow-up of Mr. Víctor who helps you by resolving any questions from the reservation, making everything easier and providing accurate information about the tour and what it includes.
