Even after booking 3-4 months in advance and confirming 24hrs before the trip as required, they cancelled an hour before the start time claiming that boat had issue. As you can see in the screenshot, they notified us at 12:47 PM while we were supposed to meet the boat operator at 1:30PM and start time of 2PM. This spoiled our most exciting day in Capri. Because we relied on this tour and did not choose to go with at site tour operators on arrival assuming we were still scheduled for the trip. By the time we were notified it was too late for us to go with another tour operator as it was too late for that. The day was beautiful and we missed out on a lifetime of opportunity. Yes, I understand things happen but it was quite surprising that issue arose with boat right at the last moment. They could have atleast tried to accommodate us on a different boat, but I guess they didn't care. They did refund the full amount. But missing out on a lifetime of opportunity was more important thing and we were really not happy. Super thumbs down for this operator.

Unfortunately, due to an unexpected technical issue with the assigned boat, it was not possible to operate the excursion safely. We immediately checked the availability of alternative boats, but all vessels were fully booked on the day of your reservation, making it impossible to arrange a replacement tour on the same day. In an effort to accommodate you, we offered to reschedule the tour for the following day. However, you kindly declined this option as it did not fit with your travel plans. Consequently, we immediately proceeded with a full refund of your booking. We understand that a refund cannot fully compensate for the missed experience, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. This was a wonderful and intimate experience by boat, and we were able to see the entire island of Capri. Well recommended!
It was truly the highlight of the day in Capri. The guide did a great job touring us around The swim off the boat was unreal. Highly recommend!
