Booked a 2hr tour for a family off 4. Tour was great but spoiled at the end, by the tour guide firstly asking for a tip for taking photos. Which apparently was already included in price. Which we did get as the tour was fun. He was then seen asking the reception girl how much his tip was and started shaking his head in our direction. We walk away with bad taste in our mouth. Was such a fun day till then.

The jetskis are new its a black 1800 cc Yamaha the top speed is 110km/h the Weather was good so i drained the whole tank at the end 🤣 Its one of the cheapest one so its worth it

Liked sound of her own voice eg useless irrelevant information Verona City tour guide Maybe worst ever No personality, zero eye contact...I lost the will ... within under 10 minutes + and not everyone was with her for the whole tour She didn't engage with her clients at all Sadly she's in the wrong job Jet2 agent in hotel 3 mornings, very helpful and good English
This 2 hour jet ski tour was one of the best experiences I have had in Dubai. From start to finish, everything was incredibly well organised and professional. The team were friendly, welcoming, and made sure we felt safe and comfortable before heading out on the water. The tour route was amazing. Cruising past iconic landmarks such as JBR, Bluewaters, Atlantis and the Burj Al Arab was simply breathtaking. The views from the water gave us a completely new perspective on Dubai’s stunning skyline. The jet skis were in excellent condition and very easy to handle, even for beginners. We had plenty of time to stop, take photos and enjoy the atmosphere. The guide Jack was fantastic, informative and fun, and made sure we were having a brilliant time. It was the perfect balance of excitement and sightseeing. If you are in Dubai and looking for an exciting adventure, I would highly recommend booking this tour. It is worth the price and more.
Extremely awesome guide who helped capture some amazing pictures and videos which were shared at end of tour. Felt completely comfortable and well looked after. Epic tour and experience with my 18 year old son.

Experience at the top , employees guide you , jet skis are powerful the 30 min ride is more than enough for a strong sensation or a simple ride.
Best best expérience ever . Did 2hr tour and was amazing expérience. Definetly gonna Côme back for another ride soon. Was my first time but instructor and staff there was so helpful who will make your ride easy.
