Fördjupa dig i en fascinerande resa genom tid och historia med vår exklusiva rundtur till staden Itálica och klostret San Isidoro del Campo.
Vår turné börjar i Itálica, en av de första romerska städerna som grundades i Hispania. Beläget några kilometer från Sevilla, var Itálica födelseplatsen för kejsare som Trajanus och Hadrianus. Här kan du utforska Romarrikets tredje största amfiteater, som kan ta emot 25 000 åskådare, turnera de romerska gatorna och husen med deras otroliga mosaiker och ruinerna av antika romerska hem som kommer att transportera dig till det dagliga livet för två tusen år sedan och Get to känna till forumet och templen: Fördjupa dig i det politiska och religiösa livet i staden med ett besök på resterna av forumet och templen.
Därefter beger vi oss till klostret San Isidoro del Campo, ett imponerande klosterkomplex grundat på 1300-talet. Detta kloster är ett magnifikt exempel på gotisk-Mudejar- och renässansarkitektur.

Vi börjar utflykten till den romerska staden Itálica, med avgång från Sevilla runt 9:30. Om drygt 15 minuter kommer vi till den närliggande staden Santiponce, där romarna för mer än 2000 år sedan grundade sin första stad på den iberiska halvön. Vår officiella guide kommer att ge dig en kort presentation av platsen och vi kommer in i den antika staden där kejsare som Hadrianus och Trajanus föddes för att upptäcka platsens alla hemligheter.
Vi kommer att gå längs de gamla romerska gatorna, mosaikerna, baden och husen, som Neptunus eller "Fåglarnas hus". Dessa kommer att vara några av de bevarade underverken som vi kommer att få möjlighet att upptäcka i en rundtur full av mycket överraskande bilder.
Den berömda amfiteatern Itálica är den tredje största i världen, med en kapacitet för 25 000 åskådare och där de berömda gladiatorstriderna ägde rum. Vi kommer också att se den berömda romerska teatern, upptäckt i mitten av 1900-talet.

Efter att ha besökt den arkeologiska platsen kommer Naturanda att följa med dig till klostret San Isidoro del Campo, en medeltida fästning som döljer skatter från Mudejar, gotiken och barocken, målningar, väggmålningar och betydande skulpturer. Efter avslutat besök åker vi tillbaka till Sevilla, där vår guide kommer att säga adjö efter att ha njutit av denna magnifika aktivitet.

Italica roman city with ceramic mosaics
An amazing experience seeing the site of so much history! Our guide was very knowledgeable and passionate about the local history and culture. I highly recommend this company and our guide for anyone wanting an intimate experience. Great English making it easy to understand.

Lots of time to explore
A small tour which allows you time to wander around and explore without the crowds. The guide explained a lot of extra things along the way and even helped a find a local gem for lunch!

Archaeological treasure
It is an amazing tour for those who appreciate history and archaeology.
The site is not yet recognized by UNESCO, but it is definitely a rich heritage of humanity.

Amazing historical site and amazing guide
This was a wonderful adventure to Ancient Roman ruins. Miguel, our guide, has extensive knowledge of the site and gave us a lot of new insights about Roman history. We had a great time and wished the tour was longer.

A great time with Miguel
We had a great time at Itálica and St Isidoro’s monastery! Miguel was a fantastic guide and told us a lot about the sites as well as the city of Seville and Spain in general. Highly recommended!
