Vår guide kommer för att hämta dig på ditt hotell/boende, för att följa dig till södra sidan av vulkanen Etna, den största och mest aktiva i Europa, vi stannar på en höjd av 2000 MT vid Silvestre-vulkanerna därifrån om du kan fortsätta med linbana och jeep upp till en maximal höjd av 2700 MT (INGÅR INTE I PRISET) där du kommer att åtföljas av experter på alpina guider till toppkratrarna! Vi är reseföretaget som följer kunden från början " Vi kommer att göra utflykten på Etna unik. Utflykten: efter att ha nått det första toppen på en höjd av 2000 m vid Silvestri-kratrarna, kan du bestämma dig för att besöka samma kratrar, utan extra kostnad (det finns två kratrar i vandring med en höjd av 2000 m och 2100 m följt av våra guider) eller så kan du bestämma dig för att klättra till en höjd av 3200Mt och besöka toppkratrarna, för att nå de senare måste du betala en biljett, med användning av bergbanan först och sedan med jeep upp till 3000Mt, sedan kommer du igen 3300Mt i spårning. De som bestämmer sig för att välja 3200 Mt kommer att tilldelas specialiserade alpina guider. Längden är ca 5 timmar för båda alternativen!
Från avgång till ankomst på Etna kommer vi att hitta och stanna till i staden Zafferana där det finns möjlighet att besöka både katedralen och även Duomo-terrassen med ett underbart panorama, möjlighet att smaka på delikatesser i farten.

Tour guide canceled due to not enough participants. Contacted me two days before scheduled tour. No time to rebook.
Too bad the customer doesn't tell the truth! It was notified three days in advance with the hope of having more people in a very low season! The customer can cancel them 24 hours in advance if they want! The lie has short legs! and also the time....
The minibus broke, we were left to wander around alone while the guide was trying to mend the bus. When I asked for a partial refund for the service that we did not receive, he told us he did not plan the bus to be broken, so we could only dream about the refund. The worst experience of a day trip!
As already ascertained by TripAdvisor, the lady in question only knows how to lie!! It's true that we had a problem with the minibus we bought in May of this year NEW, but it's also true that Promptly they all got on Etna without problems and with the guide at their side! I only hear now that they were wandering alone! I understand the hassle of the Minibus lasting only three/four minutes! Maybe the lady wanted the Free Tour?... read the reviews before writing falsehoods.... Have a good evening...
It was a wonderful experience that enriched our trip to Sicily. Marcello is a great storyteller who immediately managed to immerse us in the history of the landscapes we saw with his never banal words and stories. He is also very nice and super helpful as well as being a very interesting person. He is the real added value of the Tour. The offer price is also Super! You won't find better at a lower (or even higher) price. We left fully satisfied.
