In spite of a little disorganised getting everyone set up, turned out to be a fantastic way to see some of the best sights around Nice. Better if you have ridden an e-bike before, but not necessary. A very engaging and considerate guide (age range from 10 to mature adults). Highly recommend.
We had a great time, and our guide was fantastic. We had a family including a 4 yr old in the back seat. Our 17 yr old and 13 yr old also enjoyed. We have been to Nice many times, and this was such a new experience that it was as if we visited Nice for the first time.

Il me laisse le numéro d’un collègue qui est injoignable. Le service client TripAdvisor n’a pas réussi à les joindre. Ne perdez pas votre temps et fuyez ! 🇺🇸 I don’t recommend. Nobody there for the activity booked. I contacted the company, they said there was an issue with their agenda. The guy provides me with the phone number of a colleague you cannot join. TripAdvisor customer care hasn’t been able to get them on phone. Don’t lose your time and go away!

Après avoir consulté mon assistant, ce n'était pas un problème à proprement parler d'agenda mais vous avez donné un numéro de téléphone erroné sur votre réservation avec un mauvais préfixe +93, ce qui fait que nous étions persuadés de vous avoir informé à temps (par message sms et Whatsapp) de l'annulation en vous proposant une solution alternative. N'ayant jamais eu de réponse, nous avons appelé plusieurs fois ce "faux" numéro sans succès. Mon collègue n'a reçu aucun appel de vous, ni de TripAdvisor ce jour-là. Nous faisons au mieux pour limiter au maximum nos annulations (taux d'un peu plus de 1% sur des milliers de personnes) et comme nos conditions générales le précise nous ne pouvons pas assurer un départ de tour avec seulement 1 personne. Le lendemain, nous avons essayé de vous appeler et envoyé un SMS resté sans réponse pour vous donner nos explications et excuses et vous proposer un geste commercial. Le remboursement est parti immédiatement. Dans l'espoir de pouvoir vous prouver à l'avenir que nous sommes une entreprise sérieuse et expérimentée, qui met du coeur dans ce qu'elle entreprend et que nous n'organisons pas d' "activité fantôme". Having never heard back, we called this "fake" number several times without success. My colleague did not receive any calls from you or TripAdvisor that day. We do our best to limit our cancellations as much as possible (rate of just over 1% out of thousands of people) and as our general conditions specify, we cannot guarantee a tour departure with only 1 person. The next day, we tried to call you and sent an unanswered text to give you our explanations and apologies and offer you a commercial gesture. The refund had been sent immediately. We hope to prove you in the future that we are a serious and experienced company. We make it a point to give the best experience to our customers and that we do not organize "ghost activity". They canceled my tour the same day without warning or anything, I got to the place and they didn't know anything, they had to call them and they told me that it was canceled because of rain and it wasn't raining, nor did it rain all morning... they didn't send mail or anything.

Nos basamos en la previsión meteorológica con 48 horas de antelación, no en el tiempo del propio día, aunque puede ocurrir que la previsión no sea exacta. Cuando nos vemos obligados a cancelar una excursión por el mal tiempo, o por cualquier otra razón justificada, avisamos a todos nuestros clientes con suficiente antelación y, si es posible, les ofrecemos una fecha alternativa, otra actividad o el reembolso total. Hemos intentado ponernos en contacto con usted unos días antes para informarle, pero ha sido en vano. Le explicamos la situación y le pedimos disculpas por teléfono cuando se presentó en la tienda de bicicletas. Se le reembolsó inmediatamente. Le agradecemos su comprensión.

We had with us two children 10 and 11 years old. We rented a regular bike. The children did not get all the information and became a little impatient at first, but the mood was at the top both up and down hills. A great way to see Nice.
Super tour! It was my 1 st time on electric bike, it’s amazing how it’s easy! Company provide well prepared bikes, seats are large so you can’t get tired even if you are not physical active person. Highly suggest this tour.
