Upptäck Český Krumlov på ett avslappnat sätt – utan det stressiga som är typiskt för de flesta dagsturer. Res i liten grupp och njut av en heldagsresa som kombinerar en av Europas vackraste medeltida städer med en autentisk böhmisk by. Efter hotellhämtning i Prag beger vi oss till Český Krumlov. Med din Guide utforskar du både ikoniska höjdpunkter och lugnare hörn som de flesta besökare aldrig hittar. Promenaden inkluderar vanligtvis besök hos lokala hantverkare som en juvelerare, smed eller läderhantverkare. Varma dagar kan vi smaka på lokalt hantverksöl också. Vi börjar på toppen — bokstavligen. Efter att ha anlänt tidigt (inför de stora folkmassorna) parkerar vi ovanför staden och påbörjar en guidad promenad genom slottskomplexet (exteriörer), med vidsträckta vyer över hustaken och floden Vltavas ben när vi sakta går ner längs en kullerstensväg. Därifrån kommer vi att utforska vad som en gång var tre separata historiska städer - Latrán, Gamla stan och de judiska kvarteren. Var och en har sin egen unika atmosfär, och vi tar oss tid att njuta av allt. Det här är inte en checklistemarsch – vi rör oss i en avslappnad, lättsam takt och stannar för foton, berättelser och lokala insikter. Längs vägen kommer vi att upptäcka gömda pärlor de flesta turer hoppar över – från undangömda utsiktsplatser till charmiga hantverksbutiker och lugna hörn som känns miltals bort från det stora torget. Efter den guidade vandringen har du gott om tid att njuta av Český Krumlov i din egen takt. Oavsett om du känner för att smutta på kaffe vid floden, vandra genom dolda vägar, bläddra i lokala hantverksbutiker, ta bilder eller helt enkelt insupa atmosfären, är tiden din. Din Guide rekommenderar gärna museer, utsiktsplatser, kaféer, natursköna promenader eller lugna platser utifrån dina intressen – utan ett fast program eller rusande från plats till plats. Du är fri att utforska vad som lockar dig mest i stunden. Observera att tillgång till slottets interiörer varierar beroende på säsong. Slottstornet är öppet året runt (utom måndagar), medan andra interiörer endast är tillgängliga på guidade turer. Vi gör ett speciellt stopp i Holašovice – en liten, vackert bevarad by som är erkänd som ett UNESCO-världsarv. Vi tillbringar lite avslappnad tid här för att sträcka på benen och njuta av den lugna atmosfären på landsbygden i södra Böhmen. We had such a wonderful experience with Ondrej! He was incredibly accommodating, patient, and thoughtful with our entire family. Traveling with a larger group and different ages can be challenging, but Ondrej handled everything with such ease, flexibility, and understanding. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely invested in making sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying the experience. He never made us feel rushed and was incredibly patient with all of our questions (even the kids!) and requests. We booked this tour just the night before, and now we both feel it was the best decision we made on our very first day in Prague. It set the tone for our whole trip. My husband is visiting Prague for the first time, and he was deeply impressed by the opportunity to see UNESCO‑listed villages and even step inside a local home to talk with a family there. Those genuine, personal moments made Czech history and village life feel vivid and unforgettable. Our guide Ondřej was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing rich stories and context at every stop while staying attentive and sensitive to our needs and interests. He introduced us to delicious local food, including koláč, and helped us avoid tourist traps with his honest recommendations. The van was super comfortable and the ride so smooth that my husband actually fell asleep for part of the journey, completely relaxed. We were also very grateful that Ondřej assisted us with getting tickets to the Baroque theatre, which became a highlight of the day. From punctual pickup to thoughtful pacing, everything felt warm, well organized, and truly special.
This was a fantastic day trip. We got picked up from our hotel in Prague by our guide Ondrej. We travelled in a comfortable mini van and Ondrej was a very pleasant company throughout. He is very knowledgable, kind and understanding. He helped us get back a purse that my daughter left in a toilet in a gas station and I very much appreciate his patience and kindness in this situation, as it must have been very annoying. Cesky Krumlov is such a lovely, fairytale like place. It's like we stepped into a story setting from another century. We had plenty of time to explore and never felt rushed. One of the most beautiful towns I have ever seen. Holasovice was also a great experience, very authentic place. Ondrej was very thoughtful and hot us desserts and cheese plates to try. He is also a very good driver and generally easy-going. We can recommend this trip to everyone as we all enjoyed it a lot.
Fantastic and Memorable Day. Can’t express what a wonderful time we had with Czech Out Tours and Ondrej! You couldn’t ask for a more dedicated tour guide. We had very comfortable accommodation, a very comprehensive tour and a wonderful local lunch. The day couldn’t have been more perfect. First stop was Holašovice, a beautiful UNESCO heritage town where you get to meet a true treasure of a man (I wish I could remember his name!). He gives you a glimpse of what life was like living in a small farming town. Make sure you have him tell you his family ties to NYC. Make sure to stop into the local ceramic shop. After a delicious lunch at a bistro in Cesky Krumlov that overlooks the river (food is so fresh and homemade), Ondrej will take you from the top of the town with magnificent view points through the castle grounds down to the town. You will have free time to explore the picturesque town and its many shops. Loved seeing the local garnets and moldavite, gingerbread, blacksmith and other shops. It is such a wonderful town to wander around in. The van is comfy and has A/C. I already want to go again!

Great day trip to Cesky Krumlov. Nice pace. Great stop off in little village to get a feel for the country life. Very nice to get some free time to wander the beautiful town. Good info about history and castle over past 800 years. Guide was great. On time and communicative before, after, and during the tour. You need to Czech this out.
