Was told to meet the shuttle at bus lane R, so we went to R and there was a flag showing Seattle Express so we gave them our luggage and got on the shuttle they asked what airline and we told them. Once we got to the airport the driver asked for cash. I showed him my voucher from Viator and he said oh that's not our company. I said wasn't this bus parked in "R" and he said yes. He then would not allow us to leave until we gave him another $50 cash. I then contacted Seattle Express through the Viator app two separate times and they would not return my text. So NO I would not recommend this shuttle service, as it cost me two times the amount and no one would answer me back or give me a refund.

Very convenient. There was a big bus waiting for us when we got off of the ship. The ticket told us exactly where to go. A quick and inexpensive way to get to the airport after the cruise!
Booking through Viator was easy. The shuttle company, Seattle Express, was fantastic. I was able to email them directly with questions and got a timely response. Tha meet up point was right outside the terminal & short walk down bus lane to Shuttle. We were group of 6 and it was a shared shuttle 9f up to 14 persons. The driver was very knowledgeable and gave us a fun & informative ride to airport. I highly recommend this Experience.
Manager was late and delayed our departure. Driver did load and manage the booked riders but the bus was overbooked. When people early flights, yhat stuff leads to anxiety or anger. luckily the driver managed.

Unfortunately, a shuttle was not initially available for us when we got off the cruise ship. When a van finally came, there wasn't enough room for all of the passengers so another van was ordered. The van's air conditioner did not work making the 45+minute ride to the airport unpleasant.
