Highly recommend Minicabride for hotel to cruise port. We didn't want to deal with dragging luggage on and off of trains or busses. Our driver was very professional. Would definitely use them again.

Driver turned up promptly to our pick up spot was very polite, played music quietly that we all enjoyed was super friendly and got us back to Brighton from Wembley in less than 90 minutes without speeding couldn't be happier!

Love the efficiency of the website, the follow-up day before and on day of service via WhatsApp and the price quoted is fair. They have good drivers on both my trips to Southampton and initially from Heathrow to London Kensington area.

Smooth and uneventful ride to cruise terminal! Mehmet was very friendly and we had great conversation. He knew where the traffic jams were, as the carnival was in town, and drove confidently and expertly. We arrived safely, without any problems or delays.
The driver was running late and we got an automated call a few minutes before they were due letting us know and then an another automated call when they “arrived”. However, after receiving the call they were not at the hotel as agreed upon. When I tried to call the number to connect with the driver the system kept telling me the driver was at my location, which he was not. I called the company from a hotel house phone and was eventually able to get through. After two additional phone calls and 30 minutes later, the driver finally arrived. Once he arrived, he was perfectly polite and got us to Southampton without further delay.
The driver was waiting patiently for a delayed flight arrival. He was kind and helpful. Overall our experience was excellent except a snag with the booking process

We have a group of six adults who wanted to make a stop at Stonehenge on the way to the Southampton Cruise port. We looked into public excursions, but all either had a long stop at the airport for pickup (we were already in London at a hotel) or only allowed for one bag per person. We originally booked just straight transportation to the port with this company, but I ended up contacting them to see if we could add on Stonehenge. They agreed and it worked out perfectly! Our driver stayed in the car park while we did Stonehenge for 2 hours and it ended up being the perfect amount of time. Driver was prompt, the Mercedes van was clean with lots of luggage space in the back. While pricing was expensive, it ended up being about the same amount as a public excursion for six people.
