Sadly the audio didn’t download so I missed out on having all the historical facts, which was disappointing. I think that the company representative should have made sure that everything was working. Otherwise the Colosseum as a historical sight is definitely worth visiting.
Very very poor organisation. Our tour was booked for 8.45am, received email day before saying it would be 10.30am instead…… not ideal with children but we accommodated this change. Turned up at 10.15am to collect our tickets to be told the tour was at 12.45pm and we were to tour some other areas before we could go to the Colosseum. This did not work for us due to having small children and also another activity in the afternoon but there was no flexibility, meaning our tour was 4hours later than what we paid for. We ended up wasting time in the morning, doing a very quick tour of Colosseum in midday heat followed by a quick dash to our next activity. I would not use this provider again :-(
I liked this experience with Lucy she was a prepared guide that guide us inside the archeological museum of the colosseum.

I took a guided tour of the Colosseum with my friends and everything was perfect. At the meeting point, the team welcomed us very well and handed us the tickets while explaining the details of the tour. The guide was very professional, engaging, and the tour was truly very interesting. I highly recommend it! Five stars.
