The transfer was provided as advertised, but I think that this service could be improved with better coordination and organization. There was no confirmation of our transfer or reservation from the company until I reached out a couple days in advance. When I contacted the operator, they were unaware of our booking and stated they needed to check Viator for the details. Despite the lack of communication in advance, our driver was on time, communicative, and helped with our bags.
Great contact with us via Whatsapp on the day prior and day of arrival, easy directions to good car. Smooth process, which is what we needed considering late night arrival.
Great communication, easy to locate, safe driver. Highly recommend for transfer from Kansai to accommodation in Osaka. Will use again.

Very good airport transfer from Kansai to Osaka hotel , good instructions from driver in English where to meet him and clean spacious van .transfer took only 35 mins ,would use again without hesitation
My flight was changed by air company for the later one but both Viator and transport company declined to change the meeting time in spite of unpredictable circumstances. I had to pay for the transfer once again. I warned them 5 hours before my arrival as soon as I got the new information from the airline. But they referred to the terms and conditions that the booking can be changed 24h in advance with not a single effort to make concessions in my difficult situation.
Feel sorry for your experience but the loss should be beared by the air company and not on transfer providor.
The driver man helped a lot, he accompanied us to change money, buy a Sim Card for the mobile and activate the Japan Rail Pass at the airport. I reccomend it because it is very comfartable, fast and effective.
