Denna lysande 1 dagstur är en absolut pärla för dem som vill se en av de vackraste sjöarna i världen men har en begränsad tid i Kirgizistan. Efter att ha glidit längs det ändlösa blå vattnet på fartyget kommer du att erkänna att sträckan du just har gått igenom för att komma hit var absolut värt det! Idag kommer du att behandla din själ på platser som Burana Tower och Rukh Ordo, prova det nationella köket och skapa minnen för livet på själva sjön!

På morgonen ger vi oss iväg för vår resa till Issyk Kul sjön (230 km). På vägen stannar vi till vid UNESCO:s världsarvslista Burana Tower. Denna antika struktur går tillbaka till 1000-talet så det är verkligen värt ditt besök. Vi kommer att spendera cirka 30 minuter här med att begrunda fantastiska vyer från toppen av tornet, gå runt för att se balbalerna (gamla stenar med avbildningar) och besöka arkeologiska museet med antika artefakter. Återupptar vår väg till Issyk Kul.
Vid ankomsten till Cholpon Ata (den centrala staden på sjöns norra kust) äter vi lunch på en restaurang. Nu är det dags för körsbäret på en tårta - en fantastisk båttur ute på sjön. Efter att ha roamat 4 km bort kommer fartyget att stanna på 120 meters djup. Under den varma årstiden (maj-september) kan du dyka i vattnet och njuta av ett surrealistiskt dopp (flytvästar medföljer). Under de andra årstiderna kommer du att ha inte mindre vacker tid på fartyget.
Efter denna underbara upplevelse är vi på väg till en annan fancy plats - det andliga centret Rukh Ordo som är tillägnat de 5 huvudreligionerna i världen och det kirgiziska arvet också. Här hittar du en stor frid av meditation. Återvänder tillbaka till Bishkek.
Vi anländer till staden ca 20-21 och efter den vackra dagen full av upplevelser kommer du att vara så behagligt trött. Det är där vår turné slutar. Lämna av på ditt hotell. Ha en god natt!

Was not expecting Burana Tower to be so fascinating, but it was! Our guide, Baiel was very knowledgeable and helpful. Driving to the lake was through beautiful scenery, and swimming in the lake is a must! Be prepared for a long day but the car was very comfortable and the driver was safe. Lunch was very tasty.

Trust the title of being indeed an immensely and breathtaking trip. We went to Burana tower in the early morning which is wisely planned as there was a long line of queue trying to get up the tower when we about to leave. The boat ride allowed us to get a view of Tien shan mountains from the turquoise lake,issky kul lake. I regretted I didn't bring my swim suit and missed the once in a lifetime experience of swimming while looking at Tien shan mountain. I was worried the water would be too cold but apparently it's above 15C. Overall,the ride was very comfy. Driver Mr Ray is an experienced driver and the guide Mr Bek is a cheerful and helpful chap who speaks perfect English.

We had a fantastic experience with Ventura Travels on our-day trip to Burana Tower and Issyk Kul Lake. Ash, the owner, was responsive and helpful with my queries leading up to the booking. Baiel, our guide, was excellent - he had great energy, entertained us, and provided wonderful recommendations for local dishes. He was also a fantastic conversationalist, and I highly recommend requesting him as your guide. Ady, our driver, was patient and calm, and the car provided by Ventura Travels was very comfortable. Overall, it was a memorable excursion, and I highly recommend Ventura Travels to anyone visiting Kyrgyzstan.
