Så fort vi passerar The Abyss fyr närmar sig en av de fascinerande grottorna, du kommer att ha tid att simma, snorkla och utforska omgivningen och själva grottorna. Den mest kända Blue Cave är en genuin attraktion.
Av de tre viktigaste Elafitiöarna (tillsammans med Lopud och Sipan), är Kolocep den närmaste Dubrovnik och fastlandet. De två största byarna på ön är Gornje (övre) Celo och Donje (nedre) Celo. Ön är också den minsta och har en befolkning på cirka 250 personer. Som den minsta av öarna måste Kolocep anses ge den ultimata lugnet! Naturliga och historiska stopp med fantastiska grottor kommer definitivt att locka dig. Så lugn ö verkar som tiden har stannat när du är där. Bilfritt (naturligtvis), det är en bra plats för avkoppling och ta sköna promenader på stigar som korsar ön genom dess tallskogar. Det finns också ett antal intressanta kyrkor på ön, varav några härrör från så långt tillbaka som 800-talet. Dessa inkluderar kyrkan St Sergius, med kyrkan St Nicholas och kyrkan Heliga Treenigheten från 1000- och 1100-talet.
Gästerna röstade fram den grunda sandstranden Šunj som en av de bästa stränderna på den dalmatiska kusten år efter år. Denna naturliga sandstrand är känd för sitt grunda kristallklara vatten. Det är perfekt för barn och alla som vill njuta av en dag av avkoppling. För den som vill lägga sig i en hängmatta, läsa en bok och lyssna på syrsorna, finns det en restaurang i skogen bara några meter från stranden. Šunj-stranden är den mest kända sandstranden på Lopud, som ofta kallas den enda sandstranden i Dubrovnik-området.

Incredible experience with our boat captain. Captain was early, and waiting for us at the agreed upon pick up spot. He communicated well, took us to the best islands for incredible views and swimming.

Firstly, this company were really organised and always responded to questions asked. The tour itself was amazing, swimming into the blue cave was quite an experience. This was such a fun afternoon excursion for our family! Everyone had fun! It was a stress free, relaxing and fun way to see and experience all the highlights of the Elaphiti islands in a customized way that suits your personal interests and preferences. Our skipper, Noa, was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He asked what our interests were and suggested sights and locations that fit. We could not have had a better time! The boat was comfortable, well maintained, and safe. The convenience of the pick up from our apartment nice and I recommend taking advantage of the drop off service as we found it hard to get an Uber from the dock. We had an amazing time on the private tour. We saw the caves, two of the local islands where we had time to walk around, sightsee and also sit and have a drink and enjoy the views. It was a pleasant morning/early afternoon spent.
