Chris and Alan were awesome tour guides! They were knowledgeable, patient, and fun! We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and loved how immersive it was. The lunch we stopped for afterwards was delicious as well! Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Puerto Rico.

Says transportation is available when you get here they message you and says it’s not available. The person they told me to contact told me to come the next day instead and BLOCKED my number . 0/10

A business with our track record has no reason to mislead its guests. Regarding transportation, we clearly offer two booking options: with transportation or without transportation. Transportation is subject to availability and pickup times are scheduled in advance. We also provide an approximate 15-minute grace period, but if a guest does not arrive within that window, we unfortunately cannot delay the entire group or make additional arrangements, as doing so would negatively impact everyone else on the tour. We also dispute the claim that we intentionally blocked your number. Our goal is always to communicate clearly and help our guests whenever possible. We regret that your experience did not meet your expectations, but we stand by the quality and integrity of our service and wish you the very best.
Super fun experience! Gabriela was really spunky! We loved her personality. The slide, swing, and jumping was so fun!!!
We did the waterslides, waterfalls and rope swing tour at El Yunque and it was amazing. My kids (6 and 8) absolutely loved every minute of it. Blue and Pedro(our guides), were FANTASTIC!! they took great care of us the whole way and made sure the kids felt safe while still having a blast. The natural waterslides and the rope swing were the highlights for the little ones, and the waterfalls were beautiful. Couldn’t have asked for a better day. Highly recommend, especially if you’re traveling with kids.

Tour guides are much needed for this excursion Luis and Raymond made sure the group was walking the safest path the whole way because it can be slippery on the rocks. They were so much fun and brought all the vibes for a good time. Super recommend booking with them! The water was refreshing, a wonderful adventure.
Mike was phenomenal! Knowledgeable about the rainforest and we loved learning about it! The trip was well organized and a lot of fun! Waterslides was amazing and it was overall a beautiful place! My boys (10&12) didn’t want to leave. Their favorite was the cliff jumping! Would totally go again!
