The electric bikes were excellent. It is like riding a bike downhill the whole time. Sedona is beautiful and should be experienced outside of a car.
I had such a great experience with EZRider! Max was incredibly helpful from the very beginning. He took the time to make sure I was fitted with the right bike and that I felt comfortable before sending me off on my own Sedona adventure. What really stood out was how much time Max spent helping me plan my route. He gave me a map, great pointers on the best way to get around, and advice on how to maximize my time. He didn't just tell me where to bike—he explained which Red Rock locations were worth stopping at and what I could hike once I got there. His recommendations made it so easy for me to combine biking, sightseeing, and hiking and really make the most of the time I had in Sedona. **I also thought the price was awesome, especially for the experience and level of service I received.** The extra water and tote bag Max gave me made it feel like an even better value. The tote was much easier to access while riding than my backpack, and he even helped spray sunscreen on me where I couldn't reach—one of those little challenges when you're traveling solo! Those small gestures really stood out to me. It felt like he genuinely wanted to make sure I was prepared, comfortable, and able to enjoy my adventure rather than simply handing me a bike and sending me on my way. And then August-Sedona weather decided to add a little adventure of its own! I got caught in a monsoon with heavy rain and hail and ended up taking shelter under a tree. I didn't feel comfortable riding the bike back in those conditions, so I reached out to them for help. What makes this even more impressive is that **they weren't getting any rain at their location just a few miles away!** On top of that, Max had a large group of kids there that he was busy getting fitted and set up for their ride. Rather than Max ignoring me because he was so busy, **he made sure I was taken care of and sent his wife/partner out to come get me from the tree I was sheltering under! ❤️** He was able to remain there helping the customers who needed him while still making sure I wasn't stranded out in a monsoon.
Sightseeing by E-bike was so fun! It was our first time on E-bikes. The bikes were easy to navigate and made it easy to get around town. If we had driven our car it would have been difficult to find parking for a lot of the areas we went. The E-bikes were loads of fun and made it easy to see a lot of places around Sedona in a short time.
The bikes are in great shape, we were given detailed instructions and it was awesome!! Such beautiful scenery!
Bud did a great job of helping us understand the bikes and know the route. We saw so much of the Sedona area and even down to Oak Creek. The hikes and views were amazing! Highly recommend!

This was an amazing experience with such beautiful views! Bud was so great and kind to work with. He gave us all kind of advice and a map of how and where to go. I would highly recommend this experience. We loved that we could go at our own pace and see what we wanted. Definitely do it!!
Bud was very good with meeting us a little early than our appointed time. He fitted us with appropriate bikes and had us practice since we had never e-biked before. He made suggestions as he watched us and followed us out to the road. We had a great ride due to his patience and help. Enjoyed it immensely!
Bud was very efficient in quickly fitting us on the best bikes for us. He provided clear instructions on how to use these bikes and where to ride them for a nice tour around Bell and Courthouse Rock!
