The e-bike tour in Genoa was an incredible experience and one of the best ways to explore the city. From start to finish, everything felt smooth, well-organized, and thoughtfully paced. Our guide, Youssef, was fantastic. He was engaging, entertaining, and made the entire group feel comfortable right away. His guidance throughout the city was seamless, and we always felt safe and confident navigating Genoa on our e-bikes. What really stood out was his storytelling—Youssef brought the city to life with his knowledge of Genoa’s history and culture, all while showing us some truly beautiful spots along the way. He struck a perfect balance between informative and fun, keeping everyone interested and involved. Overall, it was an all-around amazing experience. If you’re looking for a unique and enjoyable way to see Genoa, I highly recommend this tour—especially if you get the chance to ride with Youssef.
They offer you a 1 h tour that is not possible to do. In that time we have seen less than 75% of what we were sold. It doesn't give time to go back to the cruise terminal, which is where we caught it.

Como le explicamos por teléfono, ustedes sufrieron un error excepcional cometido por uno de nuestros nuevos pedaladores, que no supo gestionar correctamente el tiempo del tour. Como usted mismo nos indicó durante la llamada, él prolongó demasiado las primeras paradas, lo que después le puso en dificultad para poder completar las dos últimas. Aun así, les ofrecimos la posibilidad de terminar lo que quedaba del tour más tarde ese mismo día o bien recibir un reembolso del 30% de lo pagado. Ustedes eligieron la segunda opción y hemos cumplido con ello. Lamentamos que la inexperiencia de algunos de nuestros nuevos empleados, todos chicos jóvenes y estudiantes, en ocasiones, aunque Sean muy pocas, no permita cumplir completamente con las expectativas. We had an amazing bike tour in Genoa, Italy! The experience was the perfect mix of fun, history, and sightseeing. Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly, showing us hidden spots we never would’ve found on our own. The route was well planned — not too difficult, with plenty of time to enjoy the views, take photos, and soak in the city’s charm.
