I will never do my business with CTPH Tour!!! Upon booking the tour, it clearly indicated 9 - 100yrs old. Which is normal to assume to only put in the pax of those age. We were 4 adults and one 3 year old child, upon arriving at the port the guide said we didn’t indicate there was a child, so they told us to pay extra. I refused, the tour alone was already expensive and I would not pay another for something that was clearly not stated. I assumed kids were free of charge as the selection only includes 9-100yrs old of age. I called the agency before getting on the boat. The woman who I was talking to was rude and unprofessional. She kept giving me reasons and said that it was the tripadvisors fault, I told her to then coordinate with them and not put the expense on us because clearly this is a partnership between them. She ended up hanging up on me and the guide calmed me down and said she wouldn’t want to ruin our day. We went ahead with the tour and loved every bit of it, but I will never do business with this awful agency. If you are looking for one, make sure to find something not connected with them. The girl was the worst kind of customer service ever.
Best snorkeling experience, the corals are beautiful and the largest we’ve ever seen . It’s also awesome to swim with the turtles. Our snorkeling guide is so helpful and and a great swimmer we surely appreciate his knowledge of taking us to the most beautiful corals .
