Dear ED Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We take all passenger comments seriously as we constantly strive to provide the highest level of service. To clarify the details of your trip, our records indicate that your flight was unfortunately delayed by approximately 40 minutes due to technical issues. Despite the delay, our driver remained at the airport to ensure your pickup was secured and completed the transfer as scheduled. We pride ourselves on working with professional drivers and always thrive to take excellent care of our passengers, especially when unexpected travel disruptions occur. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we will use your comments to help us improve our service moving forward. Thank you again for your time. Best regards,
