Efter en upphämtning från ditt Dubai hotell, resa med privat, luftkonditionerade 4x4 in i öknen som omger staden.Fortsätt köra till öknen och nå regionen av sanddyner som ger den perfekta terrängen för sandboarding. Njut av en adrenalinkick sandboarding ner Dubais ökendyner. Bevittna en spektakulär solnedgång när du når vår traditionella arabiska camping där du kommer att välkomnas med "Gahwa" arabiskt kaffe och lokala datum. Upplev kamelridning, sandboarding och skaffa en hennatatuering och koppla sedan av med en ”Shisha” arabisk vattenpipa. Väck aptiten med en Shawarma- eller Falafil-smörgås, båda populära lokala snacks innan du sätter dig tillrätta för att titta på kvällens liveunderhållning. Tanoura är en fascinerande traditionell folkdans och följs av en spektakulär eldblåsarshow. Ta en paus och njut av en härlig grillmiddag därefter. Kvällen tar slut efter en spännande magdans framförd under stjärnhimlen.

Första stoppet på din ökenträff är en traditionell kamelfarm för att se flockar av de magnifika puckelryggade växtätarna. Efter att ha visat upp dina balansfärdigheter på en kameltur runt inhägnaderna kan du lära dig om de olika typerna av kameler som vanligtvis ses i öknen runt Dubai. Fortsätt med 4x4 över ökenslätten till campingen i öknen och prova på en populär lokal tidsfördriv: sandboard! Lär dig att bemästra konsten att "surfa på sand" och tävla med dina vänner och medresenärer nerför sanddynerna under en adrenalinkickande upplevelse. Visa upp dina balansfärdigheter på en kameltur eller slappna av och ta en plats utanför för att titta på din show när solen går ner över de branta ravinerna och de solbakade slätterna. Få en hennatatueringsdesign på dina händer eller fötter, titta på en traditionell folkdans av Tanoura och njut av en utsökt grillmiddag eller prova vår nya shawrma-station.
Efter middagen kan du röka en shisha (arabisk vattenpipa), om du vill, och se en live magdansföreställning runt lägerelden. - Klädkod: lätta sommarkläder passar större delen av året, men tröjor eller jackor kan behövas under vintermånaderna, särskilt på kvällarna. Solglasögon av god kvalitet rekommenderas. Hattar rekommenderas när de är i direkt solljus.
- Gäster som besöker Förenade Arabemiraten under sommarmånaderna (juni - september) uppmanas att topptemperaturerna på dagtid ibland når 42 - 45 grader Celsius. Luftfuktigheten kan också överstiga 90 procent under denna period. Vi rekommenderar alla våra gäster att vidta lämpliga försiktighetsåtgärder.
- Dubai-öknen kan bli svalare på kvällarna under vintern, så vi rekommenderar att du tar med en lätt jacka och slutna skor. Bär sportskor för säker ombordstigning.
- Den lokala researrangören förbehåller sig rätten att avbryta någon del av de planerade programmen på grund av regeringsbeslut, helgdagar, väderförhållanden eller andra liknande omständigheter.
- Längden på den faktiska turen tar 5 – 6 timmar men körtiden från Dubai hotell och retur kan ta ytterligare 60 – 90 minuter beroende på trafikförhållanden och tid på dygnet.

Choosing a tour company for the desert safari can be tough , but I can't recommend this tour company enough! Firstly, as someone who gets terrible car sickness, I was completely fine – the hour-long drive to the dunes is all straight roads. We chose the private tour so I could sit in the front seat. We had a great stop at a Camel Hospital/racing track before the amazing sand bashing. We were the only car in the dunes and our driver was so skilled. He even took fantastic sunset photos of us on the dunes. The camp was beautiful! We were welcomed with drinks, Arabic coffee, fresh bread, soft drinks, and an incredible BBQ buffet. Plus, henna painting, sandboarding, and camel rides were all free! The entertainment was fantastic, broken into short, exciting segments, especially the fire and belly dancing.

We had a wonderful experience with Orient Tours. Our guide was great and as expected he knows his way around and was able to time everything perfectly. We went for a one hour quad biking experience and we arrived before the big crowds started to arrive. This meant a huge time saving. The quad experience through the dunes was really great. After arriving somewhere far out in the desert, we had time to take some pictures and then headed back. Our guide was ready to go to the next location. We stopped at a camel farm where we took some memorable photos with the camels. After the camels we went into the dunes for some dune bashing, which was great fun to experience. After driving through the dunes, we stopped for 20 minutes before the sun set. Here we had the chance to take many photos with the beautiful background of the setting sun. Right after sunset Nitin took us to the camp, here we took some pictures while riding a camel. We came into camp and had a really good spot in front of the podium. Our guide helped guide us through the various activities held there, there was sand surfing, taking some nice photos with a falcon, and of course the shows which were also a great experience. During the shows there is a 45-minute break, and then there is time to visit the buffet and enjoy the surroundings even further. Our guide signaled us to go to the buffet to avoid the crowds. After the last show, our guide was waiting for us on the other side of the camp and brought us back safely. When you visit Dubai, I recommend using Orient Tours. Very good organization, you really get what you pay for

Experience was great, what wasn't great was the customer service of Viator. After chatting with many people from the customer service asking for the experience I was trying to arrange and asking for a full private one, they all said it was. But when I payed and asked to the tour operator if it was a full private experience they said it wasn't. This was a business trip I never said anything about the average price per person I was willing to pay it was assumed that I wanted to pay less which force us to have an experience shared instead of a full private one.

Good experience .. everything was managed very nicely. For the tourist it’s very important to get things done easily and on time..
This was really good value for money. We had the vehicle to ourselves. The guide/driver arrived promptly at our hotel lobby and was amiable throughout. He was an expert at driving at the sand dunes and we were safe and had fun. We had a quick visit to a camel farm. The camel ride was just a short circle around the area but it is enough for me. The entertainment during dinner could’ve been grander but I have no complaints if it means keeping costs down.
Mehul is the best your guide in Dubai hands down. He has so much knowledge on Dubai and he sense of humor was so fun and refreshing! His partner was an amazing bus driver and such a smooth ride all week for our tours. Thank you both for an amazing week in your beautiful city. We will be back.

We were picked up on time from our hotel by our tour guide, Jaffar, who was absolutely brilliant. He chatted to us along the way and told us lots of interesting facts as we passed landmarks. Once in the desert we were able to take photos of the camels, then came dune bashing! This was such an exhilarating experience!! Next we went on to the camp where all activities were included; henna tattoos, shisha & traditional arabic coffee, camel rides, sand boarding and shows. We were also able to enjoy the most delicious bbq and there were as many soft drinks and water as you wanted. The camp was so well set out and there were clean toilets etc. I would recommend this trip to everyone, it was our most enjoyed activity of our holiday!
