What a fabulous experience- a Must Do in Dubai and we were so lucky to have Aman, an amazing guide that ensured everyone was having fun and attentive to our 10 year old grandson- thank you Aman for such wonderful time !

I would like to leave my review, I was really not happy with your company services. First there's lack of communication 2nd your driver was really late and my guests where not happy about at least if there was communication. It was my first time using your company and I guess it will be my last time to ever use it again.

I had high expectations for the trip, so I give it a score of 3. The person picks you up at the hotel and brings you back, which is a 10. It should be noted that the trip is more than an hour, which is fine, but when we arrived, we had to rent the 4x4s on our own. If this is not included in the package, they should be more honest. For the horses, there is no ride; there is only a very limited space where they turn you around, and that's it. The shows were good, the food is fine, but for my taste, I didn't like it because it was too spicy.

We booked the tour "Dubai Desert Safari:" Quad biking, sandboarding, camel riding, and barbecuing" through Tripadvisor and were overall very disappointed. The pickup already started with a delay of almost two hours. Instead of 2:00 PM, we were picked up around 3:45 PM. Although the driver apologized, a large part of the day was lost because of this. After about an hour's drive into the desert, a real sales event began immediately. We were told that our headscarves were supposedly too small, even though we had used them multiple times on desert tours in Egypt without any issues. There, they had cost about €5 each. On-site, we were then sold scarves for around €25 each. It gave the impression that the prices varied depending on negotiation skills. The booked quad tour was supposed to last 30 minutes, but was verbally reduced to about 20 minutes on-site. At the same time, there was an intense effort to sell us a sand buggy upgrade for around €200 to be allowed to drive outside the restricted area. Even after that, the collecting continued: An employee came by with a falcon, placed it on our arm and head for a photo, and then also asked for money for that. The camel riding lasted no more than five minutes and was hardly worth mentioning. The Arabic Gahwa and dates mentioned in the description were not offered. The promised henna painting was also not available. The drink selection was also very limited. Soft drinks were only available during the meal, mainly cola and Sprite. Tea and coffee were available, but without sugar. During dinner, there was another attempt to sell a paid VIP upgrade. Those who did not want to upgrade had to wait in line, and some dishes had already run out before all guests were served. The show in the evening was fine, but it was interrupted several times by power outages. Another negative point was the photos. After the photos were taken, we were quoted a price of €75 for just six pictures. That was completely excessive for me. I clearly told the seller that I would pay a maximum of €35 and not a cent more. Apparently, he recognized from my facial expression that I was serious, because suddenly my offer was accepted. This left me with the impression that the prices are set completely arbitrarily and that the initial attempt is to charge as much money as possible from tourists. If I had not negotiated, the photos would either have ended up in the trash or I would have had to pay a completely unrealistic price. I was only able to use the shisha for about five minutes. The VIP guests were served preferentially; apparently, there were not enough shishas available, and shortly thereafter, the return trip began. I would like to highlight the dune bashing positively. That was actually fun, and our driver was very friendly and in a good mood. When another vehicle had a breakdown, we made a photo stop and were able to sandboard on a small sand dune of about three meters high. However, that was rather unremarkable. My conclusion: The tour consisted mostly of sales attempts and paid upgrades for us. Many of the advertised services were missing or were significantly shorter than expected. Aside from the dune bashing, the experience was a great disappointment. I personally cannot understand the many positive reviews.

The safari tour was amazing! Everything was very well organized, the experience was unforgettable, and the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend it to everyone visiting Dubai!
