Booked a 3 hour private tour. Turned out it was a 7 hour shared tour… When the driver turned up he didn’t apologise about it being shared, just said we could ‘not go’ if we wanted to. At the first stop off (an added cost if you want to quad bike or you’re just sitting around for an hour) - when I asked the driver we found out this tour was for a desert camp with dinner and a show, not what we had booked and with a 4 year old…not ideal. Choice was to wait 60mins for another car to come pick us up or ‘finish the tour’… Overall I would NEVER use this tour agency again and recommend anyone else to stay away.
The journey was so exciting. The driver- guide Tariq was high professional and all staff at the destination point were so friendly. Very good organized and performed. It’s a very memorable experience for our whole family. Definitely recommend Ocean air company.
