The day we came to visit the top of the Burj was 15.12.25, it was busy, we had booked our tickets in advance. On entering there were people queuing, there were no representatives to tell us where to go, we got on the travelator but it was a terrible idea as there were so many people at the end of it we almost had a very bad accident getting off as there was no space get off. We continued to queue in what was really not an organised queue but mass of people waiting to enter the elevators. The was no order and a little bit of chaos. This continued through the experience. When we got to the top the Burj, it was packed with people. Everyone, was clinging to the windows to takes photos and selfies, it was an awful experience, we could not move around and take photos very easily. Then the queue to get down was horrendous, it went round the entire Building. I would not bother with coming to the top of the Burj Khalifa, it’s better and nicer to view it from outside, without the chaos.

During peak seasons and busy dates, high visitor numbers can sometimes lead to crowding and longer waiting times, despite advance reservations. Queue management, elevators, and on-site operations are handled directly by the attraction.
