This was a great day trip from Prague that combined both nature and a beautiful town. Don’t forget your passport. Passports were checked at the German border! Would definitely recommend this tour!
The tour manager Stephan is very professional and knowledgeable. Strong recommend this tour if you like to experience both a city with history and national parks.
Filip was friendly, thoughtful and informative throughout. He had good knowledge too. Luckily Filip also carried euros which were needed to use the toilets in the (german) park. Only downside was the path in the park - some on our group found it demanding and perhaps the guide could have highlighted this aspect more to avoid any incidents. The trip description said nothing about the need to climb alot of very steep stairs. If you are fit - the views were stunning though!

We do mention stairs and uneven surfaces in the tour information, though we appreciate that this could be highlighted more clearly. Bastei doesn’t require any special level of fitness — the main access to the bridge is around 40 steps each way, and guests without mobility limitations generally find it very manageable.
My wife and I had a very enjoyable day with Stepan. His meet up directions were very clear and he accommodated my wife’s special needs in the van (which was very comfortable). The tour around Dresden was very interesting and informative. Stepan knew his facts as he was able to answer all questions thoroughly. The Group had almost 2 hours of “free time” for lunch, touring etc. The Dresden tour was topped by the visit to the Saxon Switzerland National Park where its grandeur could be observed from three different vantage points. This tour is highly recommended largely due to Stepan’s tour guide skills as he was very personable in addition to what was previously written.
Filip was an excellent guide very polite informative and genuinely went out of his way to ensure everyone was happy and aimed to please. Travel time and walking time was evenly spread out making it an all round memorable trip. Thanks

Had a nice day yesterday in Dresden. If you really want to see more of Dresden, you have to stay there longer. We at least saw the highlights. And the nature park, where we otherwise never would have come.
Stefan was a great tour operator. Very friendly and inclusive conversation. He was very knowledgeable about the area and about history and literature. The drive was comfortable and the tours of Dresden and Bastei bridge were extraordinary. Happy I booked this trip.

This is a very quick-peek-type of trip. I only remember what we saw on a short observatory tour because I bought a book about Dresden. I would love to come back for at least 3-4 days to visit the Dresden museums and churches and walk around the city slowly. Bastei Bridge was another quick stop. However for a non-hiker like myself it was just enough. We saw the rock formations, climbed to the viewpoint to take postcard-like photos, bought a souvenir and walked back to the car. Beautiful place. I like day-trips like this one to get a better feel about various places so that I can decide whether I'd like to come back for a longer stay. Mission accomplished.
