The company sent very clear pickup instructions, but their own driver didn't follow them, resulting in a delayed start to the day. It was quite a drive to the two locations - one for the waterfall hike and a different location for the downhill bike, so significant time was spent in the van. The hike was good, although quite muddy due to recent rains. I recommend proper hiking footwear. I think our guide, Ian, was inexperienced, so missed opportunities to pass on his knowledge of birds and plants to the whole group. He was very responsive to questions though. The bike ride gave opportunities for great views to Honolulu and Waikiki.
The waterfall was awesome! The views on the bike ride were spectacular. The road was bumpy but it was fun riding down the hill! Daniel was a fantastic guide and was very knowledgeable about Hawaiian history and ecology. Would recommend!
The tour guide Daniel was very informative. The van we were in had terrible air conditioning. We stopped to let off some people who were only doing half of the tour and had to wait at least 40 minutes for them to be picked up. Be prepared to get very muddy on the hike to the waterfall. Also I would suggest bringing lunch with you if you are going to do the hike and the bike ride.
Our tour guide was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable, funny and overall a great personality The company is lucky to have a outstanding employee like him, otherwise this rating would have been way lower. You need to fix my van's AC and give it an oil change We waited 30-40 minutes for the guys who were only hiking and not riding bikes to get picked up, but he ended just calling them an Uber. His boss made us wait in a very hot car instead of arranging a ride for them already. If your best employee says to do something that will benefit the company, stop ignoring him and just do it.
Ray was our guide for the hike to the waterfalls. He was extremely knowledgeable about the island’s land masses, trees, and history. It was clear he loves his island. It was a fun but muddy hike and the waterfalls were stunning! The hike was followed by a downhill bike ride. The excursion was fun and I learned a lot more about the history and natural habitat of Oahu, as well as a few Hawaiian words. Recommend to those who like to be active and want to better understand the island’s beautiful landscape.
Always wanted to go to Hawaii to see the fantastic islands We flew to Honolulu an it was just like an American city 😩our hotel near the beach was expensive, there is a sting when you check out .you have to pay a resort fee $50 An on top thy charge $50 for parking a night . I would advise not to stay in Honolulu stag outside use your hire car We then flew to Kono the big island more laid back an the people are nicer also the food was better, the scenery is fantastic Recommend a helicopter ride an whale watching also the best place to see the universe
Daniel was awesome! Super knowledgable and fun. The bike ride was super scenic and easy and the waterfall was beautiful. Even the rides to and from the locations were great. Highly recommend.

I liked the hike & biking experience. The guides were very knowledgeable & informative. However, I found the tour not handled too professionally considering the amount they charged us. Our tour was supposed to be from 9am to 5 pm. But we were done by 2:45 pm . Out of which the hike was just 1 hour & biking was about 50 minutes. Rest of the time was spent in pick ups & commuting. Did feel a bit cheated & overcharged.

This tour includes a visit to two different sides of the island, so commuting is needed to showcase the island to our guests. We hope you will join us again for another hike to a private property where we have exclusive access high above west Oahu. Commuting will be required again to get the good places. Very knowledgeable and professional. Safety was paramount. Great views and no pedalling! The hike was canceled due to tree trimming on the trail, but he substituted 2 hours of snorkeling at no extra charge. I would recommend to friends and family.
