There were two of us girls, and we found our driver Imed at the airport; he welcomed us warmly and was more than just a driver; he explained the Djerbian traditions and also suggested places to visit, and now he is our friend. Thank you very much, Imed and Depart Travel Services.
We were expected at the airport as soon as we left - Quick transfer efficient benevolent. I highly recommend
Yeah, good! The driver is waiting for us with a sign in our name, we were 1 hour late, no problem with the flight number he followed the plane and was waiting for us to disembark.
We made the transfer from the airport to our hotel, a trip about 30/40min with the IMED and was very attentive and friendly. He explained to us along the way the main sights, bars/discotecas, let us put music, offered us water. It was an excellent trip, no doubt we will repeat.

We forgot to communicate our arrival time beforehand, so communicated with them only at our arrival. They were very prompt to answer our messages and came by in 15 minutes. Very happy with the service
