Mehrdad was an excellent tour guide and personalized our experience based on our requests. The tour exceeded my expectations and was the perfect way to spend the day exploring Seattle after my Alaska cruise and before my evening red eye flight home. I would highly recommend this tour to my friends and family and world request Mehrdad as my guide again when I return to Seattle to explore other areas.
We finished up an Alaska cruise but our flight didn’t leave until late that night. We decided to take a tour of Seattle. We were not disappointed. Slava did a great job and he took us to places we would have never seen. He was very personable and knew a lot about the city. I highly recommend this tour.

This was such an excellent tour. With our limited time in Seattle, we wanted to do as much as we could in one day so we booked this tour. Slava was our tour guide and he was sooooo awesome! He rearranged some things for us and made our tour the best ever!! Completely recommend this tour and ask for Slava!! Thank you Slava!!!! We loved our time with you and this tour!!!

I booked this tour because of the 4.7 stars. Our driver/guide, Mehrdad, was not knowledgeable at all. He did not give us any historical information about the areas we visited. I made a request when booking the tour to sit on the front row. I also texted Daniel and asked for the front sit. I was totally ignored. Me and my family ended up sitting behind the van for 7 hours. Very uncomfortable. I do not recommend this tour to my friends and family.

But of course, every guest has different expectations, and we genuinely appreciate hearing yours. Regarding the seating situation, we usually respect guests’ seating preferences whenever possible. Our pickup order is based on distance and location so we can save time and provide the best service for everyone. By default, it’s “first pickup, first drop‑off,” but if a guest asks the driver directly, our guides almost always try to rearrange seats to make it work. It seems this request may not have been communicated clearly during the tour, and we wish we had known so we could have helped you sit in the front. We truly value your feedback and will review your comments carefully with our team. Our goal is always to provide a comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable experience for every traveler. Our driver was very nice and helpful but his driving was awful. He went through several red lights, sped and cut people off.

The day started a bit hectic. We selected Pier 66 as the pickup location. There was a cruise ship coming in and going out around the same time as pickup. They should have planned better and not used that as a pickup location. The tour guide was okay. Got a little motion sick with his driving. He did very minimal narration. The stops were good ones. He adjusted the agenda in the middle though so we didn’t get to the lunch spot until 2:00 and everyone was starving. Don’t plan anything for after the tour. Because of the hour it took to pick everyone up at their hotels, we got back 35 minutes later than expected.

Tour was an hour late getting started as our tour guide had multiple stops picking up other people. The tour guide did not engage the group by giving us information on the areas of interests, little to no interaction with the group. Too many activities crammed into this time period. We were scheduled to stop for lunch as the 3rd activity, however our guide did not allow us to stop for lunch until after 2 pm. Our guide did not give information on where rest rooms were located. The Chocolate factory was interesting, and the chocolate is very tasty, the falls are nice, hike is extremely steep, if you have trouble with knees do not hike this trail. We did not get to do the museum and gift shop at the Locks. Loved the troll at Freemont! Bring your own water and snacks. Two of the activities need to be reconsider for this tour, not worth the stop.

This tour was nice we got to see beautiful views of all Seattle, walked a trail to a beautiful waterfall. Visited a family owned chocolate factory and a famous troll under the bridge all in all a very good day

Daniel our Tour Guide was 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Daniel’s communication prior to pick up was outstanding. The Tour was full of awesome information on Seattle, we enjoyed the Beautiful Snoqualmie Waterfalls, Yummy lunch with a Chocolate Milkshake with whisky in it!!
