The tour started with a pick-up from our hotel in Hurghada by a friendly and professional driver, who took us to the quad bike station. There, we met our guide Ricky, who was very friendly, knowledgeable, and humorous. He gave us a brief introduction and safety instructions on how to ride the quad bikes. He also provided us with helmets, goggles, and scarves to protect us from the sun and dust. We then hopped on our quad bikes and followed Ricky through the desert for about an hour. It was an amazing experience to ride through the sand dunes, rocks, and valleys. We felt the thrill of speed and the freedom of nature. We also saw some wildlife such as camels, goats, and birds along the way. We arrived at a Bedouin village, where we were welcomed by the local people. They offered us some tea and water and showed us their traditional way of life. We learned about their culture, history, and customs. We also had the opportunity to ride a camel for about 15 minutes. It was a unique and memorable experience to see the desert from a different perspective. We then enjoyed a delicious dinner of barbecue, rice, salad, bread, and fruits. We also watched some folkloric shows such as belly dancing, tanoura dancing, and fire show. We had a lot of fun and laughter with Ricky and the other guests. After dinner, we gazed at the stars in the clear night sky. Ricky pointed out some constellations and planets and told us some stories about them. We felt the peace and tranquility of the desert. Had a fantastic day quad biking . Really wanted to do this for a long time and the whole day was made more enjoyable by the excellent guide and lovely food . Little hesitant about the camel ride ,but was reassured by the guide I would be fine . And I ended up enjoying that to ,not so sure the camel did 😂
