Upplev de 700 år gamla gatorna i Gamla stan med en professionell lokal 100% baskisk Guide som är Expert på Bilbao kulinariska scenen. Vi är den ursprungliga "Bilbao Food Tour" har varit pionjärer i staden med start 2014 med vår hemsida : bilbaofoodtour.com Vi kommer att besöka 5 barer och prova pintxo stilar som sträcker sig från traditionella till moderna. Din Guide kommer att para ihop varje provning med ett utmärkt vin som kompletterar pintxon. Viner som vi rekommenderar inkluderar rött vin från La Rioja, Txakoli (ett lätt mousserande vitt vin från Baskien), och mer!

Oria was a fantastic host, so enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the history of the Basque region, its culture and produce. Her particular knowledge of the food and wine could not be better. She built a great rapport with a mixed party of several nationalities, which allowed the group to interact easily. But the best part was the food and drinks we experienced. We visited 5 different bars in the old town, each with their own speciality pintxos (tapas) and wine or cider pairing. This was fabulous. Worthy of Michelin stars. A top drawer experience and thoroughly recommended. Many thanks to Oria.
My wife and I were planning a cruise in Bordeaux and wanted in come to Bilbo. We met with our tour guide, Laura Goodwin. We had a wonderful time with her. She took us to her favorite places in Bilbo. Best olives ever!! Whenever I think to Bilbo, I will remember the Guggenheim and Laura. She made our trip special.
A great introduction to pintxos and local drinks. Leire was a wonderful host, very friendly, informative and relaxed. Leire ensured we all had a great experience and it was a fun way to learn about the food and culture of Bilbao. Would highly recommend this tour

We had a fantastic guide, she was knowledgeable and very entertaining. Tour was well paced with a tasty and interesting assortment of Pintxos with paired wines. Enjoyed having time to sit at each location to chat with other tour mates. Learned a lot about the Basque culture and history. Well worth doing.
Leire shared her wonderful Basque knowledge, passion and pride on this fabulous tour. She brought us to 5 different locations for different and delicious pintxos, along with a local wine or cider - always bringing the food and drink back to her fascinating Basque heritage and culture.

Our evening with Leire in Bilbao was the perfect way to understand some of the eating and drinking habits of the Basque people. We were treated to some fabulous Pinxos and matching Basque wine and given some light hearted but key historical facts by Leire, who really know her stuff. Highly recommended tour.
What a fantastic food tour! Highly recommend for the beginning of your trip to Bilbao/the Basque Country in general. A wonderful assortment of pintxos, both classics and unique specialties from specific bars. Our guide, Leire, was amazing at explaining history, the area, and wines/pintxos with enthusiasm and fun. My husband and I had a great time and believe the cost is well worth the value of the experience.
