The tour we read about and thought we booked was Delphi and Meteora. We are sure we clicked on that tour. But the ticket that was issued was for 2 days Delphi. Unfortunately we hadn't noticed it. We ended up losing a lot of money since we returned on the same day to Athens. We didn't see Meteora and we couldn't use the first class hotel accommodation. Please make your booking site explicit. Also mention clearly on the ticket what is included.
Dear Matthew, Upon booking the tour you should have received a booking confirmation. That would state also what tour you booked and you could have reached out to us to move your booking. However, as you didnt notice it on time as you say nothing could be done on the same day. Also, you booked on a 3rd party website so we cannot checked what you clicked and ended up in a different tour. If you wish please contact us directly to see if we can accommodate you in one of our Meteora tours to make sure you will be able to visit this amazing destination.
