Delft är en kompakt stad, och den vackra stadskärnan är praktiskt taget fri från bilar, vilket gör den perfekt för promenader. Under vår 2-timmars rundtur kommer du att lära dig om den historiska relevansen av Hollands charmigaste stad, besöka målaren Johannes födelseplats Vermeer, beundra den typiska Delft Blue Pottery och upptäck dess koppling till kungafamiljen.

Upptäck staden med den världsberömda Delfts blå keramik, flickan med pärlörhänget och hemstaden till viktig kunglig historia. Kliv in i livevisningsrutan med en expertguide, som berättar om stadens historia, vilka platser du ska besöka efter turnén och vilka turistfällor du ska undvika.
Gamla kyrkan, lokalt kallad "Crooked John", är från 1200-talet och tornar högt över torget där vår tur börjar.
Markt är 120 m långt och 50 m brett och är ett av de största nederländska torgen. Med den storslagna gamla kyrkan och rådhuset på vardera sidan är det stadens pulserande hjärta. Varje dag är torget fullmatat med kaféterrasser och massor av små aktiviteter. Men det blir verkligen levande under nationella helgdagar, när lokalbefolkningen samlas för att njuta av livemusik, marknadsstånd och foodtrucks.
Detta unika landmärke byggdes ursprungligen som ett bostadshus, men används nu som huvudkontor för den regionala vattenmyndigheten. Det var historiskt kallat "House Of Bells", på grund av dess klockformade blommor som växte runt verandan.

Disgraceful. Guide didn’t turn up. When he was contacted after he was 10 minutes late we were told the tour was cancelled but nobody was told. No refund has been received yet but it is not about the money. The tour being cancelled wasted our time and meant we couldn’t book any other tour on that afternoon. Very disappointing.

We take full responsibility for this internal mistake and will not proceed to explain as I understand that doesn't make up for your lost time. Your refund should be processed by now. I do hope you still enjoyed your day in the city.
Very nice and interesting tour, even for locals. Kiki is an excellent guide. She does not only share a lot of interesting facts but is also very kind and willing to share extra information.
This was a 'free walking tour in Delft. Michel provided interesting anecdotes and history while walking around central Delft landmarks. He was great at engaging all members of the party and kept track of us in the crowded areas. Would recommend.

Entertaining guide. His English was good, but he spoke a touch too quickly. Even I (and English is my 1st language) missed one or two things he said because they were spoken too rapidly, and just occasionally mis-pronounced a few words. But hey! - I don't speak a word of Dutch so I can't really complain! He was very knowledgeable and answered questions quite effectively. My only other slight criticism was he spent just a little too long chatting about where people were from, mixed with some rather irrelevant information. (We didn't get moving until around 1.50pm.) BUT....he did a good job and the walk was entertaining and interesting.

Our guide, a young college student, was on her second week on the job. She was prompt, very pleasant. Her knowledge was fine, some questions she couldn’t answer. But. She. Spoke. Too. Fast. And. Too. Soft. I asked her to speak slowly and louder, to no avail. Her sentences often trailed off at the end. Very, very difficult to understand.
