Great trip. Saw the seals at play, a whole family of dolphins, rare birds. Great knowledge of the team. Definitely worth it.

The views and commentary were amazing as was the weather. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended
The whole point of the trip was to see dolphins, they boast about the fact they’re famous for it. Maybe the founder was doing it right, now it’s too commercialised. We basically saw some cormorants and a few sea lions. We can see cormorants at the river in our town. So, for us, it was a complete waste of money and a bit of a rip off.

Our tours are centred around encounters with completely wild marine life, and while dolphins are regularly sighted, we can never guarantee their presence on any given day. We do not feed, lure, or interfere with the animals in any way, as their welfare and natural behaviour are our top priority. This is also what makes each encounter unique and special. We understand how disappointing it can be when dolphins are not seen, especially when they are a highlight for many of our guests. However, the experience is designed to showcase the broader marine environment, including sea lions, birdlife, and the stunning coastal surroundings. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to ensure we communicate as clearly as possible that wildlife sightings can vary from day to day.
Disappointed never saw one penguin or dolphins only sea lions and birds can’t get that close anyway maybe change the name was expensive and wasn’t a good day out

Sighting of dolphins or penguins not gauranteed. Good little boat trip and skipper for an hours trip

All of the wildlife we encounter is completely wild, and we never entice or interfere with their natural behaviour. Lovely trip to see wildlife around Penguin Island . The guides and driver were very informative and helpful. We saw sea lions, pelicans, penguins, pied cormorants and osprey. It was a lovely morning trip.

disappointing as we never went close to Penguin Island, at the moment it is not part of the tour, so people should be made aware of this.

We packed in to have trip n land on penguin island so we we can spend the day, but then on the counter we were told it’s not stopping because of too much sand on there so we were made round in the sea. Just wasted our whole day should have been informed earlier

Access to Penguin Island is managed by local authorities and has been affected by ongoing environmental conditions, including significant sand movement, for the past 5 months. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control and, for safety reasons, decisions about island landings are sometimes only confirmed on the day. When access is not possible, the tour operates as a cruise instead so guests can still experience the area from the water. When landings are not possible, the ticket price is reduced accordingly to reflect the change in experience. We didn’t spot a single dolphin nor a penguin, which was a great turn off. While talking to the tour guide, we were told its sheer luck to be able to spot them in the wild. Also, read the same on the tour itinerary but tried our luck. It was a nice cruise though and we spot birds on the bird island and all male sea lion sleeping. The view was spectacular but I wouldn’t recommend this tour since sighting of the wildlife are super low.
