Driver was waiting for us when we arrived. Shuttle was clean, driver was wonderful. Good communication where to meet.
App is out of date and tells you to use the phone that was taken out 5 years ago. Showed up 2 hours late and the service rep who I called twice said dispatch forgot us, driver very abrupt, no conversation except in his phone for most of the drive, jerky driving, left all the windows open with wind blowing instead of using air conditioning. Take a taxi instead.
Kris is amazing and very knowledgeable about the city. Will be trying out a few of his recommendations!

The Driver was nice and took on a passenger whose driver never showed. So they waited an hour for me, which was kind of my driver to do for her. We dropped her off first cause her long travel day and driver abandoning her. The passenger wore heavy perfume though which made me nauseous and there are no windows to crack to fresh air. But that is not an issue of the service just a recommendation to remind passengers not to wear too many scents for close quarter travel like the airlines do. I’m happy with the service I received. If you don’t mind extra passengers and it taking a little longer to get to your hotel, this is an affordable way with good service to get to your hotel.
Not happy at all never got transport to hotel went to pickip location no sign of pickup transport. As I didn’t have internet could not connect anyone tried calling through airport internet couldn’t grt through had to pay uber $250 more just to get to hotel.
Amazing tour operator Rachel. Her Knowledge of NY is so inspiring.would take this tour again for sure.
