Excellent service - on time (actually there early) - excellent driver
Definitely recommend Driver in Rome Transportation Company for a shared shuttle from Rome Hotel to Civitavecchia port for cruise. Communication with company great. Driver very professional and punctual. Vehicle top notch. Dropped us off right by the ship. A great choice!
He arrived early and waited for me to show up. Shirt wait for other group pickup. Went very smooth and relaxing
Our driver was very punctual and helpful with our luggage. There were 7 in our party. We did make a stop to pick up another passenger but, we arrived on time. We enjoyed hearing about his plans to visit USA later this year.

Pick up from the hotel in Rome was good with the driver arriving early. One week later at the cruise port no one showed up. When I called the operator said the driver had an accident and he would call me back. They called back 5 minutes later and said a replacement driver would be with me in 10 minutes. I could not take the chance of a further delay and had to take a local taxi to FCO airport. If the driver had an accident then I should have been called and told a replacement driver was en route to save crucial time. It was a stressful morning and we could have missed our flight.
We had a very good experience! Vlad was a very friendly and kind driver. The whole process was very smooth and we got to our destination with no issues and earlier than stated. It was a great experience and recommended if you want to avoid relying on public transportation or taxi.

Stop in a travel van that was clean, very friendly driver, very accommodating and guide us to the cruise ship and record time which was awesome
